Also do tracking religiously. You are expected to ovulate 10 to 14 days before your next cycle.
With 26days, tracking should start on day 9 n done on 11 n 13... If need be 15 for confirmation.
Woman up n do a repeat hsg after using castor oil pack. It helps a lot.

Fertility dust.

@mamatb, doing tvs on cd 21 is almost useless..............cos chances of seeing any eggs is almost nil, unless ur cycle length is more than 40days, r u sure that guy is a certified gynae?

Adorablewifey concerning the vit b6... if you can find a 10mg vit b6 to take for before ovulation, id suggest you use that instead...then increase to 50 and higher afterwards.
High dose of vit b6 before O can delay O. If you can't get 10mg, you can buy pregnacare conception as it contains 10mg of vitb6.

Hi dear, I had to read your previous posts to understand what you are going through and why 5mg of letrozole did not work for you.

Sorry about the miscarriages and still birth. God would replenish all you have lost.


The causes of miscarriages are different...
Infection
Poor/low sperm count
Low progesterone
E.t.c

You would need to completely treat the recurring infections... Both you and your DH have to take the drugs religiously. You can search for my posts to see the antibiotics regimen I once posted.

What is your Dh's SFA? Infection also affects the man's SFA.

Progesterone we can treat after we confirm ovulation.

Now you say you are not ovulating, its possible your prolactin went high after the miscarriages. Have you done a hormonal assay recently? You might want to do vit b6 and ewedu therapy just to keep your prolactin levels in check.

So if I were you, id do;
-Fertility detox
-Antibiotics treatment for you and your dh
-vit b6 and ewedu
-just track/monitor your cycle and see if there's a difference


-Then do ovulation induction your next cycle (that is if you do not get your bfp before then). Letrozole 5mg CD2-6 or 3-7, do scans to track the follicle growth, do a trigger shot when the follicles are above 18mm, BD every other day from the end of your period, increase vit b6 to 50/100mg after confirmation of ovulation.
-If you do get a bfp, up the vit b6 to a higher dose or switch to cyclogest (if you are bouyant enough)

I must say I gained a lot of knowledge reading ur individual inputs, you all are professors in this field oo. I did follow judiciously some of the info I got from here, have not done any hormonal test but use to suffer from high prolactin few years back, and doc placed me on Bromocriptine, but later did d ewedu therapy I read here and was taking my prenatal vits, took a lot of meds even ova boost, pregnacare sef, guife bao every month for maintenance.

I said let me open the floor with a BFP announcement since I haven't read any yet. Maybe this will open the gates for more announcements. Started trying in March and got a positive test on 29th of May. Thanks @Imoge for all your assistance and prayers. I pray God bless each and every mama and papa with a BFP and may All the pregies mums carry to term with a supernatural birth.

Can't believe I typed this much, what I did last month was more of prayers, Rosary daily, Novena prayers, visited the Blessed Sacrament, prayed with verses about conception in the bible and a friend of mine even prophesied. The meds I took vitex, vit b6, Geritol multivitamin, omega 369 and a prenatal. I strongly believe God did it not the meds. Whew! Am done. Sorry for the long story.

my cycle length is 25-27 days. Yes it was tvs,i visited the hosp Dat day for blood work concerning progesterone and dr asked I shld also do tvs , it wasn't for tracking Dr jst wanted to see wat was going on in there. Yes It's a reputable hosp in visland. Like I mentioned earlier I want to take charge of my fertility now.

I just read 99billiondollar's post regarding her CD 19 tvs, on one of her ovaries some small sized follicles were seen. I want to assume that same bt may be of a smaller size shld b seen as well.

Hi , My wonderful Mamas......I am new in this forum.

After 4 months of TTC i ran some hormonal test and the doctor confirmed unbalanced hormones albeit regular mensuration. He placed me on metformin.

I conceived using only Metformin in Dec. and lost it in Feb due to blighted Ovum.

Uses Reddington Hospital. My Gyno now placed me on clomid, metformin and aspirin and trigger shots so i can get at least a viable egg and ovulate well. my concerns is that;

* In the first month, They scanned and saw follicle size of 20mm, gave me trigger shot and i did not ovulate though I had all the symptoms of ovulation.

* In the second month, They started tracking it daily on CD14,( saw two - 23mm & 16mm). Gave me trigger shot ---1000u on that day.....ran folicle scan on 20 and the follicles were still there--- grown bigger ( 23mm & 20mm). They gave me another shot doubting the potency of the former drug....Tracked the follicle up until CD 27. It has grown to like 44mm& 40mm but still no ovulation.

I had the whole symptoms of ovulation, tested with OPK and it was positive and then negative after few days (meaning the system perceived i have ovulated) but in real sense, i did not ovulate because when they scanned, the follicle were well relaxed and have grown much bigger.

My doctor was surprised as he has never seen one not ovulating with Trigger shot. i did my research online and found what they call LUF ( luteinized unruptured follicle). when i read it up, it is very similar to my case but the problem is that there is no clear cut treatment to it and only few international doctors are aware of that.

Please my dear Sisters - Who has experienced this before and what did you do to correct it? is it because of clomid? i have as well decided not to take anything clomid/any drug this cycle and just wait on God. Will it correct? Age is not on my side

Or is it the hospital? should I change them? I am getting worried

Chijiuche, welcome. Ur case is interesting. By that I mean ur body says u ovulated but u confimed that you did not. Dont worry. I guess u hv been anxious. Pls try to maintain a relaxed mindset cos I read stress n anxiety introduces hormones into the body that actually hinders conception. That wont be our portion. Sabi mamas may hv ideas for u. cc: sugah , fvine , covenantbabies and other sabi mamas.

Sisters, whenever AF shows up, thank God. Even When spontaneous miscarriage occurs, thank God. Whatever your situation, thank God for the gift of life, beg him to grant you strength to carry on and then finally ask for what you want and reject what you don't want.
I used to cry while I had several natural miscarriages but this last episode I was begging God to make it a natural miscarriage and complication-free. I wish I had thanked God more when the miscarriage was easier and with no molar complications.
When you don't have money to get better medical attention while ttc, thank God. Yes... Thank God!
When I couldn't afford 20k drug to support my pregnancies , I had natural miscarriages.
When I could forcefully afford half a million for support, I got more complications and had to budget/spend another quarter of a million to clear out what I supported and also monitor my body for a while and even avoid pregnancy o.... Mind you, discovering the reasons behind the recurrent miscarriage is out of this, trauma nko, and so on.... After roughly 8yrs.
Yes, my husband is wonderful. I thank God for that. I'm not trying to conceive(not this year sef) for now so I'll only peep in once in a while. I'll patiently and prayerfully wait for my miracle if God will bless me with one. I thank him for the gift of life.. Many have died..
