Cos I don't know what PO box to fill in, hence I dropped only my house address and postal code.

But I have issues accessing my account, it keeps saying wrong username and password until I was blocked. I was giving captcha codes to verify but despite entering it correctly it keeps denying me access.
Please someone come to my rescue. I have been accepted but I can't access my account.

P.S: I am certain that my username and password are correct.

what you need to do is chat with their customer care live, i mean live chat and you must wait for the arrival of the card because they will ask sensitive question when you want to do "Forgot your password" to have a new password. And make sure you know your security question and answers. But chat with them and wait for the card to resolve the issue.

are u sure u went through the right channel??you are allowed to publish and sell your books on Amazon...and the right link is kdp.amazon.com which is were Amazon created opportunity for everyone to sell their books on Amazon...

simply because the password didn't match when registering...you know they might request u to type your password twice so maybe the password is u typed on the first line is different from the second password you typed on the second line..

While going through stages involved in uploading photobook, there is a section "4" which asks "select your book release option"
Which one should one select between "I am ready to release my book now" and "make my book available for pre-order"
Also, section 6 states "upload your book file"
Which do I select between "Enable Digital right management" and Do not enable digital right management"

Though I would go with 1st options in both cases, but wanna be sure, thus I'm asking.

which account??payoneer or Amazon??your username on payoneer is ur email address and the password which u used when registering...

You added so many photos to create your photobook so it is your book...it Is not a public domain book......

First of all enroll your book in kdp select...when you login into your kdp amazon account u will go to your bookshelf and enroll your published book into kdp select...after u have done that let me know.

dearie this pple have not approved my account yet since then oo.
they supposed to approve it immediately like others but they didnt.
and i uploaded my expired drivers license as u said to check if they will approve they still didnt.
so i wrote them email and they replied 2days ago saying they suspect spam that i should upload recent ID.
so yesterday i sent them my national ID slip which contains my NIN, which some of us used here and was approved.
and yet they haven't replied my mail. i'm frustrated right now.
i have wrote them series of mail today(3) to tell them i aint spamming and what i need the account for and .
i dont know if they dont work today so i'm hoping they reply on monday.


MEANWHILE MY BOOK HAS BEEN PUBLISHED YESTERDAY AND IS NOW UP FOR PURCHASE..(something to smile for at least even tho to have bank account is VERY important)

For those having problem with Book Cover..

Go to Canva.com .....It's a website for average people trying out graphics design.

•Go to [url]canva.com[/url]

•Select Template

•It will open another page where you can select background,Text and Vectors (symbols)

•Select which ever one you want and start designing.

•After designing, click download.

•Save and use as your book cover.
*extra* You can search within the website for pics the are related to your book both free/paid ones.


It's really easy to use,just take your time and study the site to learn the features. The result is in high resolution so you have no worries.

#Note: I used it on PC with Chrome browser,can't say if it would work with other browsers.

Also, kindly elaborate on how to make a print version createspace, I'm already trying to publish on createspace also.
