im just thinking if i open another dfinitly with those same documents they will still kno its me and might block me permatnetly. bcz they sent me mail to say they suspect im spammin.

yea they said its bcoz of the expired drivers license
but even at that my account was supposed to be approved wiithout uploading anythin.... but they didnt
before i now sent the idcard thinking it will resolve the issue

Their anti-spam software have flagged your IP, most likely you did it in cafe. Best option is, clear history, cookies, downloading data and cache then use betternet VPN with chrome and start all over with a new email ID, your friends/relatives identity then a different delivery address. All you need is the card and account details

I just registered on payoneer and within 5 minutes I have my account number and everything.
they said my card has been shipped now!


For those having issues,Please use a PC and within 10 minutes you will have your account number and details.

The acceptable/valid IDs to use as proof as identity are: International passport, driver's licence and National ID card.

Without any of these, I doubt (emphasis on doubt) your application will be approved. I stand corrected. The easiest ID to get is international passport. Try getting one from immigration office closer to you.

Thanks bro, I checked I dint see that you mentioned above, and about shutterstock I'm done my 10 pictures is accepted for review but i pass thru somewhere that shows mean of accepting payment whc are Brookers, PayPal and mail whatever, so I choose Brookers @ crazymommy pls did I got that right?
