She actually used one per day. immediately she took in she saw her doc who recommended it. She took it for 3months. There is a mama in d house who used it here before she conceived. Mum2015. she is one of our most current who must have ported contact her sure she can guide u better

For the bitterleaf,I tried it this cycle that just ended in AF.I noticed CM increase, guess it work s for that.

Been regular for 4 months straight...its now 28 days which was what I started with in the first place till 2012 when I started battlin with irregular cycle.everywhere I went doctors wld say I had no problem that my cycle was regular being that it went 30,32,35 and then 40 days.but within me I knew there was a problem cos I cldnt even tell d day it wld come.

I did a lot since 2012 just for it to be the regular 28 days to no avail.i ran hormonal profi le o.and hormones were normal,I had lactating boobs but prolactin was still normal...hmm,had pcos(but I ovulated that cycle accordin to the test)my luteal phase was 11 days but progesterone was normal.i just knew somthing was wrong cos my symptoms was saying otherwise, so I gathered information especially from here(fvine,kudos to you).

I came across a post where fvine said a lot about pcos,irregular cycle and lactating boobs so I followed up and did more research and I went out to buy dostinex and vitex(which was a risk I had to make my body take cos doctors had said nothing was wrong and even my hormonal profile proved so too)

I used dostinex for 2 mths, Dts a bottle, 1 tab per week,vitex was for 2 or 3 weeks...It gave me serious side effect so I stopped.
I stopped using dostinex cos I cldnt afford it after d first bottle but I must say it did it's job well
Let me say here dt before using the drug, I wasn't even looking for how to make my period regular anymore,i was looking for how to Dry the water leakin out from my boobs which in turn helped with my cycle.
Sorry if I wrote a long story...just tot to share. Myt be of help to pple with similar difficulty.

So the koko of my epistle be say if you have lactating boobs,treat it even if your period is regular clockwise.and If ur cycle isn't clockwise
E.g today it's 28,next month Its 32 etc.... and even if hormonal profile Is normal.pls treat it o.
Now iv stopped using any kind of drug since 4 months and my period is every 28 days without any drug o.which Ive not experienced in lyk 4 yrs.

It's how to ovulate now that I'm looking into.i know God will perform his miracle again in my lyf

Oga, how come the only 2 posts you have on NL is just to promote this your Doctor.
Secondly, if he/she were to be geniune, you would have posted his hospital/clinic address (like other people that really want to help, does) So, mamas living in that area can confirm or at least check it out.
3rdly, you never stated the mode of operation of this your doctor. Is it herbal, orthodox or spiritual.
Also, you said he/she helped you conceive, Abeg, what was your TTC history.
Dont think you can come here to sell us gabbage and we will all be at you beck and call.
