I know how important taking short walks is. But whenever i try it, my legs will swell beyond recognition that even dh will scream at the sight. Is that normal? My bp is okay, my urinalysis didnt show any sign of sugar.

It's normal to have swellings of the leg/feet in pregnancy but you have to watch out for extreme swelling associated with pain as that could be a sign of something bad.
Everytime you go for antenatal checkups,they should take your urine sample to check for proteins.If your bp is normal and there's no protein in your urine then you have nothing to worry about.
Whenever you take your walk and get b ack home,elevate your feet on a pillow when on the bed or put your feet on a stool.That could help reduce the swelling.You can also get dh to do some massage like I always do.

The last time I went to see the doctor, I was 7 weeks pregnant. He prescribed the vitamin B for me but just like the other drugs, it made me vomit too.

My next appointment which will be when I register for antenatal is when I'm 12 weeks gone and that's in 3 weeks time.
I'm so hungry, but I can't keep food down. 

I think I'll take your advice and go back to the doctor and request for drip. 

Please go back to the Doctor .As a pregnant women, when you are given a next visit appointment, it's NOT A LAW THAT YOU MUST WAIT TILL THAT DAY BEFORE YOU CAN GO BACK TO THE HOSPITAL even when there is an issue disturbing you ...if a problem persists or a new development, you need to revisit the hospital. Go to be checked that you are not dehydrated from all the vomiting.

Let me share good news.......... went for scan @30 weeks, placenta no longer low lying but posterior n baby no longer breeched but well positioned for delivery all to the Glory of God.

We are happy for the news. I pray for one like this too...last scan at 27weeks, baby was breeeched too...hoping he turns before next scan at 35weeks or so. We share same EDD ooo 11th August. ..all my scans so far are the same date.

Since 4 weeks into the pregnancy, I've had severe morning sickness and no matter how much I complained to the doctor (though I've only been seen twice by the doctors), no medication seems to work for me. I also realized that the prenatal vitamins that was prescribed makes me very sick and makes me throw up a lot no matter what time of the day I take it.

What prenatal vitamins were you given ? Sorry that you have not been able to find what you can tolerate. Have you tried going back to the hospital to complain?
Maybe you may just need to hang on till the 12weeks mark. ..hopefully You will do better

Ensure the site is not soiled wit poo,penicilin ointment/olive oil is what I know(you apply as much as possible as many times as you can per day)

Engine oil kwa?Don't mind whoever said that.He really doesn't need anything applied but you could use penicillin or olive oil.
He will continue to use the diapers as usual.

Penicillin ointment was what I used for my son and the ring fell off after a few days, just leave the diaper on loosely on the first day. Kisses to him
