If you want to sell anything from motor spare parts, scrap cars, used cars, buses , tools, and equipment from made in Germany products to me its very good. People hustle here to send used goods(grade 1) that are sometimes given away for free or rediculously cheap prices. There are websites where you can get free items and in very good condition. Websites like eBay, schpock, shwarz Brett. As the advert comes they pick it up and pile them somewhere until its much then they ship to Nigeria. The problem is our dear customs and their big eyes. And if your reciever is honest to remit the money from sales. But generally you should make good profits.
The guy is not business inclined that's the problem. He is in the police foece right now. He might not know but I will ask him nevertheless.
now ur talking, I wil love to own an Ecommerce site dem, one can come over there, after skul chase ur dreams, strike agreement with all dis ppl. Any international market in germany, like d type in dubia or let's say naija. Where ppl cum n buy in wholesale etc. Tnx

[20/06 08:01] Me: What taxes and bills is he expected to have if he should get 2500€ monthly?
[20/06 09:44] Dennis: Like 40 percent taxes. Puls no one hires a person after graduation. You need work experience first. That's the stupid paradox everyone complaints about
[20/06 09:45] Me: So how does one get the work experience?
[20/06 09:47] Me: So people who have maybe Bachelors or Master in IT, engineering do they stand a chance to be employed?
[20/06 09:48] Me: I mean they graduated from German Units and as Africans
[20/06 10:00] Dennis: Yeah that's exactly the problem. You have almost no chance to get work experience. If they really want to come to Germany, they should apply first and if they got accepted for a job, then it's kind of save to come. We have IT guys and Engineers here to but they don't get a job because of lack of experience

what about internship?
ithe way that your guy is painting this story bar....akpa Owo idem oooo.
some people have already explained the basic facts we need.getting job is all about God factor but then your course is also something to consider
that's y its better to start from ur B.sc in Deutschland.
if this your Dennis paint this story this way I'm surprise cos I know a Cameroonian who got a job with the almighty AIRBUS immediately after his B.sc at HAW
all the fact is that u should do more research.
do u know abt propadeütikum?its not all abt your studies,as u said, one also need skills.
again my cousin graduated from the same school with his friend marshal
Marshall got his job barely 3month after graduation with almighty BMW as automobile engineer.)with start pay of €4060 per month.my cousin who studied international journalism and politics only got a small job with a news paper company as a journalist earning less than 2500€ after tax
this was to get an experience.he took a study leave and went for masters .upon graduation,he got a job with Deutsche welle.(German biggest broadcasting firm)
he also got an offer from two firms In Austria
so pls let's look beyond the circle
in Europa gibt es viele Möglichkeiten

now look at this
AIRBUS-a Cameroonian
BMW-marshall(Nigerian)
DEUTSCHE WELLE-my cousin

I know the point they are trying to make. All these argument started from the guy that want to sell his house and danfo. I'm still in naija but if I'm in his shoes, I'm not selling anything. I'll use it to get that money for funding my block account even if it takes me 3yrs. Rushing to germo is for us that graduated with no job in naija or very low paid jobs or for people that comes from a rich family who can comfortably support them in getting that quality education. I'm living with my brother now as a graduate. Teaching in a sec school which gives me stipend. So, my bro shelter, feed, and sometimes cloth me as a graduate. So, nothing you guys will say about my German dream that will shake me to have a second thought. I'm not going there to hit it big. I am going there to start living. So, if you are in my shoes, we are good to go. Still expecting admission from Jena, Würzburg, Bochum, and Bonn-rhein-sieg. Thanks
Yes your point is good makes sense. You have nothing to loose.

My people in the house, I greet oh! E don tay shaa. Seeing the recent pages bring shock and disbelief to me. Studying in Germany is not easy. I will always say this. If your primary aim is to study, and secondary to make money (at least while you're still a student), then by all means come, but if the reverse is the case, then........
As for what my ogas (pompido, Nevilbot, Schwartz) have said, they have their merits and demerits. I also live in Kiel, as well as Pompi, and I can confirm some of the things he said (we more or less work together wink) but do not mistake it for an excessive cashflow! During school period it is difficult to make above 500 (after tax) monthly and successfully face your classes (though making around that is very feasible, especially in the summer months). During the holidays, things are very different.
If you do not believe in dignity in labour, and have a hard time taking care of pets, or cleaning and you believe you should be entitled to the same "class of job" as you did in Nigeria, EVEN AS A STUDENT, then Germany is no place for you! Do not come here

To this end, I have always not been in support of taking loans to come here, or selling property (I think a loan is slightly worse though). Not because you won't payback (there's no guarantee that you will in the short term), but because the pressure of even thinking about it all will depress you so bad it will affect other parts of your life here.

Yes graduates get 2500€ but do u know how much will be left for to spend at d end of the month out of that amount u mentioned? After all the taxes av bin removed, u will get around 1600€ in ur acct then from that 1600 u begin to pay monthly bills that most not default. Imagine u pay 700€ for 2 bedroom flat out of it then pay 150 for utilities and internet, plz how much is left for u to feed and flex? Before u can save to buy that SUV u want to sell.

Well I'm not discouraging anyone. Its a risk worth taking if u believe in your dream. Its even better to finish d MSC and come back to naija with it for a better paying job. Just telling that don't expect 2500€ monthly like u read on websites. Owo Germany , Germany loun GBE in lagbaja's voice.
How would you earn 2.500 before tax, be single and live in a 2 bedroom flat? That is simply silly. Only my German friends here living with their girlfriends with a combined income of over 5000 after tax do that. I really don't know anyone here, German, Nigerian or any other that would do that undecided

Schwartz:
Let me post the last conversation but he will reply some post I quoted later when he is free:
[20/06 07:36] Me: Let me post somethings they said each then you advice accordingly
[20/06 07:37] Me: They are coming under the student visa. But their main aim is to make it big. Big money, big cars, big everything
[20/06 07:46] Dennis: That's what some of the refugees expected to find here. Now they are burning their own places because it's too bad to live there. There is no big money for average people. The middle class has enough for living but not for more
Come on! Asking this kind of question has already inferred bias on your friend's part, which will only get negative answers. I personally came to study and I did not work throughout my first semester; concentrated on learning German and studies, and I can say that I completed 37.5 credits with good grades last semester as well as a reasonable level of German now (I start B1 next week). So please, in as much as there are exceptions, many people do not come here to "make it big", at least not while they/we are still students...
And how will a graduate of history (or was it philosophy) know details of other sectors (z.B., the IT sector)? I have a very good friend, also a Nigerian, who finished from my program and got a job less than 3 months later, with no knowledge of German (I still yab him till tomorrow how he lived in Germany for 3 years without learning the language) in Kiel, a relatively hard-life-without-German city. Was sagst du dazu?

You misunderstood me. Take your time to read what i wrote. I personally do not know about people who have gotten permanent jobs after graduation. I heard of one person. I asked this guy so I can also learn and know what to do because I also wish to be employed after graduation. I even seek his advice on moving from engineering to logistics. Because Logistics is a big industry in Germany. He gave his opinion and also asked me to seek advice from my professors, which I told people to also do.
I don't think I misunderstood you. I got your points clearly, life here is hard; in fact without German, it is even worse. But asking someone that kind of question will only stimulate negative answers. Personally, I even get PMs from people asking me about "making it big" and I can't help but breaking their hearts. Your question could have been a lot more objective!

That's all we are saying, you've made a negative conclusion before the argument. No one with a higher education should do that. LET YOUR ARGUMENT ARRIVE AT A CONCLUSION OBJECTIVELY. THAT WAY, dem no need tell person

I just got my passport earlier in the year. You can do most of the passport process yourself by visiting the Nigerian immigration service portal, you follow the instructions and register, then pay 17.6k(not sure) via payarena (you will initiate the payment online, print a slip and pay at the bank) then take this with plenty documents (birth certificate, indigene cert, and Guarantors passport photocopy and drivers license/national idetc) to the immigration office you selected close to you. The process is designed to scam of about 4k if you want it done quickly.

You can save some stress and pay 25k or 30k to the guys at the immigration office to get it done for you but you still have to provide all those documents
