If you are bleeding and seeing clots you need to be in a hospital not at home. This one is not pcm matter o.

Pls house, help me on this one: Went to A&E today after changing 4 pads in less than 3 hours filled with bright red blood and clots. Did scan , baby is doing great but my cervix is slightly open at almost 12 weeks.
I have googled and didn't get satisfactory information. Doc said threatened abortion, given pcm injection and some antibiotics.
Who has experienced this, what is causing this and what should i do. I have been placed on strict bed rest. To see doc in two weeks. Pls don't look and pass.

I don't expect you to b sent home on medications.
Pls discuss cerclage with you doctor, the cervix is suppose to remain closed till baby is term.

Sabi mama abeg o, my sis inlaw has been suffering from incompetent cervix. She s had 2 miscarriages so far. Shes preg again and needs to do the cerclage but d prize they re calling for her in that hospital ehh hmmm, 300k.
We re looking for a good hospital n sabi doc who can do dt well at an affordable rate around okota axis or anywher on d mainland.

Gudmorning all,pls am not actually a FTM dis will be my second but kinda confused on my EDD cos didnt experience such during my first pregnancy.According to my LMP my EDD will be December but my first scan showed January.Pls which am i to follow cos am having 2 different weeks in my brain now and not too strong.Please i will like replies.Thanks mums.

Just as nurse Kaffy said, keep pulling it out and encourage your dh to suck the tips out as well. Another thing i did was to clean the tips regularly with coconut oil and cotton wool after which i pull again. I then prayed for a baby above 3kg as my previous was 2.7kg and i found it difficult inserting the areola into her mouth (i have a sizeable breast). Right now.I am nursing my ds better and am happy with myself compared to the latch on problems i had with my previous child.

Please strict bed rest means: not standing up except extremely necessary(no cooking, no housechores,no washing and no sex)

A matron once spoke about using a large syringe (without the needle o) to pull on the nip.rregularly ...I don't know how it's done but tot to let you know

still searching for good affordable hospital on d mainland as she needs to do the cerclage asap.
