Op u did not balance your write up. You should have equally added what a lecturer should do when a female student intentionally decide to come to uni dressing provocatively...

And decided to sit in front of the class with breast exposed for the world to see....

Is he supposed to send her away? because

1. since she paid for the programme. he has no right to do so
2. there was no dress code.
3. The student body will see it as annoying and wickedness from the lecture's part.
