An unnamed man was today humiliated by a crowd of people who gathered when the suspect was nabbed for stealing a mobile phone at a hairdresser's shop in Ogun State capital Abeokuta. According to eyewitness, he absconded with the phone when someone at the hairdressing shop raised .Instantly, bystanders gave him a chase and stripped him amidst heaving beating when he was caught.

The man was later handed over to policemen from Enugada Police station in Abeokuta.

This is Africa where you get humilated for stealing. If you dont like it, go to the nearest embassy. Its like you haven't been a victim of thieves before. Reminds me of a friend who started supporting jungle justice when his passport with US and UK visas was stolen.
