It is a federal road, so we should join hands in drawing the attention of Fashola and Amaechi to the state of the roads.

A fantastic evidence of a fantastically corrupt State and people whose past allocation per month was above excess of 20billion. Since no one is asking their failures called past and present Governors, Lawbreakers and thieves of leaders some necessary questions then let them enjoy their fantastically corrupt road. It's a major indicator of a "fantastically twisted" society. Alternatively, go and blow up pipelines. Bunch of lazy squanderers.
Which tribe buys and uses money spraying machines most? South south and 'biafraid' idiots yet, see their homefront. I'm sure I'll see some great failures put the blame on Mr. President and not their so called leader.

I lived in Katsina 4 almost 3 years and almost all the roads are all good. There's no road linking towns that's not tarred. From Katsina, Batagwarawa,Binugwari, Daura to Funtua are all smooth. And we all knw Katsina doesnt make as much as Akwa Ibom, Bayelsa or Delta.I dare u to check Google image whether u'll see any bad road like the above in Katsina.
You ppl will jus sit in ur parochial state of ignorance and conclude everywhere is like yours.
Instead of blamin ur leaders and holding them responsible it's others you'll blame

Don't jump on threads without knowledge of the subject matter. That part belongs to the Abia state. I used that road not too long when I was on Holidays, it's not like this picture depicts. I wonder where OP got this pix from.

i will assume you are objective and tell you the state of things.

1. All those roads are FG roads.

2. Akwa Ibom state government during Akpabios time offered to work the Ikot ekpene Aba road...even uptil aba...the dunce of a Governor in Umuhia refused. Akpabio work on the Akwa ibon axis and let the other hell be.

3. Same thing for the 3rd pics.

4. theOp should have included the port Harcourt Owerri road...where Jonathan and Rocha's incompetence is manifest

The state of those roads is very terrible.
The bad condition of Umuahia - Ikot ekpene road made me not to travel for a friend's TM.

Add Imo, Enugu, Anambra, Rivers and Cross River to your list. That is why I urge all in SS and SE to show full commitment and support to Buhari administration to see if we can get at least 50% of our roads motorable. PDP/Jonathan played us wayo.

Imo state has the worst roads(federal/state) in the SE but it is an APC state, what has Buhari done about the horrible situation?

A concerned state government can repair a federal road and get pay later by FG. Fashola did it in Lagos and Amosun also in Ogun.

The roads are federal roads. the portions within akwa ibom state territory were maintained by the sate government and are motorable . abia state under T A 'global' orji did nothing about their own portions of roads.

my friend, those roads are all federal roads. when state govt interven to reconstruct federal roads, it takes federal govt ages to refund d money, so what do u want d state govt to do now with d present state of our economy. federal govt should do d needful by working on these roads.
