From vitaform it's 7k.

Depends on your budget n pocket but be sure of the size of the bed first before going to vitaform.

The vita form is as thick as student bed while the market own is half the student bed thickness.

Huggies in the transparent nylon is the better huggies. It's very pricey now ooo. If you can afford it, fine. But if you can't , please go for Angel. I have heard very good reviews about it. My fear with Johnson is the May likely ship those ones rejected in the US after the court case to us here in Nigeria. So go for Sebamed or Chicco. I bought Chicco myself.

You will never be satisfied, exhaustion will be ur new name, before you know u don land hospital. Forget skimmed milk, drink your full cream milk. You can think of weight loss later.

Nothing wrong with it, if you can afford the US brand, go for it, it's more expensive, and with this dollar rate it may hv doubled in price. You can actually buy one pack of the US brand, they sell in packs too if you don't want to buy the whole carton. Am currently using the red one and it's cool too. #preference#

My son's paed said babies' lungs are still fragile and powder has particles which could result in respiratory disorder later in the future. If you must use it, don't pour directly on the baby. Pour on your hand, shake off the dust before you apply on the baby

i use avent Phillips. I bought manual pump, mistake i should have gotten the electric.no much money den sha.will still buy electric hopefully before i resume cos i plan to ebf 6months so help me God.
For the manual.i normally express 2 125ml bottles.my dd takes 100ml at once, then they top with the 25ml when she is just playing around with food.but this must be used within 1hr,2hr tops.i discard wat ever remains after 2 hrs.
It takes average of 30 to 40mins for me..
But if my breast is really full.10 to 15mins. My milk go just dy flow like fountain.i dont even pump den,i just attach the pump and press the handle and hold. The milk will just gush out on its own.

At last i have finished this twenty page handout. september mamas, the only mamas dat celebrated Jesus birthday with kpekus, i hail o. to all the mamas joining us, i salute you. im still expecting more. more grace to you captain sugah cos the bigger the class, the tougher the control.
