After so many rumours around the capital city of ilorin since 2011 that the then newly elected Governor (Ahmed) is a chronic smoker and can't do an hour without smoking.
It bothers me that the new Kwara state logo has green leave around it I thought was cassava leave but after making research from agric experts they confirmed its not a cassava leave which was to represent agricultural development in the state.
The questions Did Ahmed Fatai include Marijuana leaf or it was just a coincidence?
