I wish MKO was still alive so he can give Dangote a crash course on how Nigerian politics can destroy a hardworking man within a short time.

The rich already run the country and the world, why would they need to be president. If i am as wealthy as Dagote the thought of even becoming President or any political post wouldn't even cross my mind. Even if i have genuine intention for the country i can still go on to achieve it without becoming president. Dagote isn't the president yet he have employed over 100,000 workers both directly and indirectly, He isn't the president yet have the biggest refinery and Rice mill in Africa, Solving our Rice problem and Fuel problem simultaneously while creating mass employment in the process. Now tell me what the Fûcking hell does he need to be president for? Presidency is overrated.

ibson99:
With the current economic realities in which majority of states in the country cant pay salaries, perhaps its past time we considered a new a new strategy: put a hardcore capitalist at the helm of affairs. And who better than the countries biggest capitalist! Here are five reasons why Aliko Dangote should be Nigeria’s next president.

1. Efficiency: Some of the country’s biggest challenges include corruption and bureaucracy. For a man who turned a small trading firm he founded in 1977 into a multi-trillion naira conglomerate, managing one of the most bureaucratic nations in the world should be an interesting challenge.

2. Popularity: any Nigerian home or abroad who has access to any form of media be it radio, TV or the internet will most likely know who Aliko Dangote is. With that sort of popularity selling him as a presidential candidate would be easy for any political party.

3. Spotless: in a country where almost every popular person has one corruption scandal or the other, the man has managed to keep a image clean. In fact, the only scandal he almost had was when a certain Miss Sylvia Nduka was rumored to be his girlfriend. An allegation in which both he and the lady in question denied.

4. Business minded: no disrespect to president Buhari, but he needs to upgrade his financial intelligence. To spend more money, you have to first diversify your income stream. The school feeding program, 5000naira for the poor amongst other liabilities without having a long term financial sustainability plan for these programs will end up doing more harm than good.

5. There is no one else: the main opposition party, the PDP is struggling with internal crisis. It doesn’t look like they will be producing a president anytime soon. The ruling APC for now doesn’t seem to have any electable presidential material. A presidential material with popularity and the political muscle to unite the country, and most importantly one with no corruption scandal seems to be lacking in the country right now.

Total ignorance make you write this. Wake up from your slumber. How much do you know about him. It will be the worst mistake of Nigeria.

. NIgeria is more complex than his business.
. He is not as clean as you think as he uses political association and affiliates as well his economic capacity to scuttle other businesses.
. He never genuinely give back to society that make him.
. All principal officers in governmet will become indians.

.Nigerians that work for him are frustrated so all NIgerian workers will be if he becomes president (ask any of his workers you know if he or she is a member any labour union) answer is no. Ask why.
. He has violated Nigerian laws in several ways. Illegal imigration of Indians staying without permit in thousands, giving non technical jobs that Nigerians can do well, giving them even jobs that are prohibited for forigners. Tax manipulations, use of violence where necessary to chase out competitors. (Google okpella traditional rulers petition) I can't remember the link.
Bro, the more you look, the less you see in this country.

Then leave to another country may be Israel as the returning lost tribe but the territorial land mass of Nigeria cannot and will not be negotiated. Sorry I know it will pain you but that is the Northern stand, Buhari has made it very clear for anybody who want to know. But if the Igbos want to carry arms I think the North know how to do that better.

Is this is a comedy or what, it is demotion and turbo 4 him to be a political office holder in an unheathy democracy with criminals, tauts, looters, cultics as governors, senators, members as like in Nigeria.
As the riches person in Africa, Aliko need to up his philantropic gestures in Nigeria And Africa While He Should Get More Involved In The International Bussiness Arena.

Trust Aliko. He will do well concentrate on his businesses than look for political leadership. He is a President in his own right with territories outside his country. At least he did not bury hiss funds on the farms. He employs thousands of people in his businesses who pay their PAYE to government. Kudos right thinker!

You sound like that lost Yoruba man who was deceived and joined the Igbo coup of 1966, he sacrifice the blood of innocent yoruba kinsmen for a paltry position in the so called dead Biafra, if truly you are a Yoruba man my advice is don't allow yourself to be deceived by these so called Illiterate People of Biafra (IPOB) they will sacrifice you for their selfish interest. What do you think when they deceived the yoruba man in that coup to allow his people to be killed while they secretly informed their Igbo kinsmen in the then govt to diasppear? follow them they will do same to you. In your life time how many times have you heard a human being saying he or she trust an Igbo person, for me I cannot remember. Did you ask yourself why the deputy senate Leader wore Igbo tradtional attire on the day the senate Leaders were charged to court on forgery? Tribalism is their trade mark, from the 1966 coup to date. Please be wise as the serpent.

I've always said that, given the kind of politics we play in this part of world, people like Dangote, Adenuga, Pat Utomi, Otedola, Jim Ovia, Tony Elumelu, Jimoh Ibrahim etc, would not make good presidents. It Will be so foolish of all these people if they dare give in to the temptation of ruling this country. I say this because the good image they built for themselves of the years can be eroded in a seconds, should delve into the murky waters if Nigeria politics.

what's wrong with this new generation of we Yorubas? Are we this stoopid?

What has this got to do with ibo? Is it about them or about the liberation of the Yoruba race? What kind of insanity is thsi?

I asked you if Nigeria as a nation has favoured you and you're here talking crap about ibos who are just suffering like you.

A Yoruba woman was slaughtered by vermin Hausa terrorists in abuja for preaching and you still want to continue with Nigeria

A bayelsa girl was abducted and out through the family way by classless Hausa animals and his people received the pedophile with praise and fanfare and you see nothing wrong with it

I pray your life end up the way Hausa ruin Nigeria

Say amen
