PayPal is not a Chinese site. PayPal should work. Lol.
Plus, Aliexpress POS is in London. Or at least, it's charged in Great Britain. So i think Aliexpress should work also

Just checked again. $600 is correct. It was revised on the 19th of June and effected on the 21st of June.
