Beautiful. But am still waiting for the day that the governor will declare OPERATION LIGHT UP LAGOS HOMES. If he can successfully build even a 200mw plant to provide Lagos homes with electricity, he would have successfully light up Lagos streets because home owners provides mini-street lightning on their fences which in turns lights the streets. 32 Likes 2 Shares |
