Our job here is to post jobs, nobody here is errand personnel to be confirming the type of job u want. You already seen it as waste of time and not an experience for attending interviews. If you do not like the job, kindly decline and not telling people to beware. There are quite number of people who started with marketing jobs and doing well. I guess you don't have much experience with interviews yet from the way you speak. Keep your cool and move on. Don't discourage others. Am sure some will end up getting the offer no matter how small it is, is a starting point and no experience is a waste. You might just insist on your area of study for jobs if that's d case. Cheers.

what's the fuss about this? Not everyone can do marketing job, or don't you have a career path?if you have a career path, you won't apply for anything that comes your way. Its her CHOICE,her LIFE and her DECISION. She obviously knows what she deserves/wants, therefore striving for it. The fact that you don't have preference for jobs doesn't mean other people should be like you.

i need some info about this assessment.
can't remember precisely when i applied for the job but the mail seems legit.
I want to know how much they pay their marketers ditto contract staff, more so because it's a contract job i don't know if it's worth leaving my present employment.
I don't know the duration of the contract and the prospects of being employed full-time. Please anybody with useful info can come in let's discuss thanks.

My medical is ok.Afterwards I didn't hear anything from the company, after two months I called the lady that told me to do the medical and she said she will forward a mail to someone. I kept calling her but she said she didnt get any mail from the person in charge. My friend is suggesting that I should visit the company but I don't have such courage. Please I need advise

My advice to you is to wait till you have courage.

1. The fact that you invited for medicals doesn't denote outright employment. Medicals is just one of the way to screen out graduate, only in that the chances of being screened out through medicals are slim.
2. Maybe, the company isn't ready to booster their workforce at the moment and as such, they had to put you on the waiting list. A close example happens in Etisalat and some multinational recruitment such as SHELL
3. Pretend as if nothing ever happened. Look forward for other opportunities. What is meant for you will never pass you by.
