What have they done with Ministry of ND funds, 13% derivations, Federal Allocation, Senatorial projects etc. Don't forget they have Governors, Senators, Reps , House of Assembly, Chairmen and Councillors. Problem of the ND is leadership. The earlier they realize that the better.

Btw that was a village, show me a pics from a 'developed' village in Nigeria.
