PETERiCHY: https://www.nairaland.com/3234306/habib-abdullahi-hands-over-hadiza January this year when dollar was still trading circa @N300. I strictly warned investors to buffer the fund in USD against the hyperinflation that will hit the Nigeria economy. So with all this General Bubu incompetent appointment of putting round pegs in square holes will hastily drive dollar above #500 very soon which is our only gain in this hypocritical regime. As this night in Dubai USD currently exchange for N371. |

richie9093: No, 2.1 million was the total offer quantity for Access as at the time of my post. You can buy as little as 1 unit of any stock. Access closing price for today is N5.58 per share. I advise you to go and read about stock investing before you commit your hard earned money to it. use google and youtube to find information on stock trading. if you have time, you may read through pages of this thread. ukay2: I didn't do biometrics. Some of these brokers don't know the requirements for inter-member transfer. Morgan asked me to do biometrics, bankers confirmation of signature and BVN, but I contacted CSCS and they confirmed that I didn't need any of those. When you are transferring from an active firm to another active one, it is a very straight forward process. But if you are transferring from an inactive/dead firm to an active one, the process is a little different and that is when CSCS requires Bankers Confirmation of signature, etc. You can email CSCS for confirmation of what you need for inter-member transfer. If you have CSCS online, you will be able to view your stocks online as well as the transaction history of each stock (by clicking on the stock). You can also print statements of your account anytime. There are so many other benefits, and the cost is just N2,500 for yearly subscription. 1 Like |

Elai147: Am just thinking of leaving my portfolios with investment one and start trading a new portfolio in Morgan...I have a huge portfolio with investment one...mainly dividend paying stocks... I started trading with Morgan last Friday... I just discovered investment one cost of trading was very high....so all my new portfolios I am buying now will be via Morgan... I will only stop buying more stocks via my old broker...rather will start selling my portfolios gradually and transfer my funds gradually to Morgan... I feel the old stock broker may not want me to go freely...and I don't want to severe our relationship since nobody knows if they will start trading realtime and similar brokerage fee with Morgan in the future... |
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by Elai147: 7:48pm On Jul 18, 2016 |
ukay2: It's a good idea to have more than one broker. Since you already have a good relationship with Investment One, and if they have a good customer service, I will advise you to keep your portfolio with them and put your long term cash-flow stocks there. You may use your portfolio with MorganCapital for trading and enjoy the low brokerage fees. |
