Form A for education are of two types... school fees or living expenses. With the latter being our aim, I'd advise anyone funding his/her blocked account to have the new living expenses breakdown of 8640€ + 150 (DB Charges).

I could always help in getting the expenses breakdown of ANY school. And of course it goes for a very small token. (Maybe recharge card)

HThanks a lot, that was insightful. I want to ask, I felt the 8040 already includes the db charges. Because it is 7908 on the german website and 50£ for the db. Also I intend to fund my blocked account this week and I need your help.

I did ask the embassy a similar question about this and they replied after a long time. According to their email;

It is obtainable ONLY IF you are married to your spouse
The Child is yours with proof

You will be required to fund a blocked account higher than the 8k+. They refused to give me the exact figure and said it will be fixed by the Alien office.

Your spouse is generally allowed to work with or without German proficiency. But they did not specify if there are restrictions on the number of hours she can work.
