But they are siphoning billions to the Northern Nigeria Petroleum Company, saying they are looking for non existent oil in lake Chad when we know this is their own mode of corruption and stealing public funds. Deceiving their zombies with mashed potato brains. 7 Likes 1 Share |

feldido:Government runs on lies and propaganda. Don't believe everything they tell you especially these CHANGE agents. Imagine those who call for diversification yet spend billions of dollars looking for oil in the NORTH of all places. Wouldn't it be meaning if same amount was spent on the non-oil sector especially agriculture. We truly have a long way to go as a nation. 5 Likes 1 Share |

But during Jonathan, agriculture contributed 40% of our budget, cos the was a turnaround in the agricultural sector. I'm beginning to think Buhari may really be a dullard as they say.but I pray he braves up to the challenges ahead. 1 Like |

No doubt Q4 2015 and Q1 2016 were the worst in a very long time. Q2 and Q3 2016 results are coming much better than that. the Ministry of Works has received N74 billion in the last two months compared to N19 billion for the whole of last year. Agriculture, which is the strategic focus of this government, has received N21.9 billion compared to just N4 billion for the whole of last year. And transport has received N22 billion compared to just N6 billion for the whole of last year.-Adeosun. 1 Like |

Achorise: gej's agric minister,FASHINA,ensured justice and fairplay and equitty and level play in the agric ministry,he ensured there was fair distribution of govt subsidized fertilizers and other stuff,he kept the emirs, northern ex generals, etc, who are notorious for cornering them and there was productivity..and it angered them. But when buhari came on board, they rallied together, found no wrong doing and then decided to 'honor' him,'eulogise' his virtues as agric minister and recommended him for promotion..as the chairman of an African agric body,i cant recall now. And voila, they kicked him out with style.. Now they have a puppet, gemade,as agric minister and part of his duties now is the importation of grass for fulani cows to feed on! Have a great day o. 2 Likes |

The government should not have increased the tax burden because it will increase the cost of goods and services. This Will lead to less buying/selling(economic activities) and in turn lesser VAT collected. The Government should stop listening to AFONJA economists who so much believe in Taxation Increase 2 Likes |

Themandator:When you were reliable informed that the increase in july revenue was due to the fact that companies usually remit their annual tax/vat returns btw july & august you refused to agree but choose to believe the propaganda by the rookie minister of finance about a phantom diversification. Well, I & my fellow 5% people are immune to buhari's curse. I'll continue to diversify my income base while cutting down on wants & liabilities, if anything, my standard of living is even improving despite the reccession!! 2 Likes |
