This ndlea wahala. Seems it's only required in Lagos, the pple I know that passed thru Abuja for their India visa didn't present that.

It's an issue really, it's the only thing I was asked to bring. Not given an appointment change too and I have an appointment at the Estonian embassy in India on the 19th. I'm kinda confused.
