Both parent are responsible for the upbringing of a child. If one of them can't handle it, the other should endeavor to take full responsibility so as not to raise a miscreant.

Why are they called parents in the first place?. They're both in the marriage, not just the woman.

Raising kids is not all about feeding them, and equipping them with toys, parents should endeavour to teach their kids basic ettiquette.
