512mb ram is a mess. Your camera quality are low. The prime II camera looks like 0.3megapixel and not 8.0mp... Battery issues.. This is where you need to improve. I sell itel phones and I know the kind of preaching I have to do before I sell them. I will say you guys are doing good in terms of affordable price for smartphones.

Hello there, "unfortunately xyz has stopped" ERROR normally happens when the update file was not completely downloaded. Kindly take the device to the nearest Carlcare office, it would be updated for FREE.

I am here to commend itel mobile. Honestly they are really upgrading their brand. The phones they produce in the last two three months were good, for their price of course. I won't expect a performance of a Lexus jeep from the price of a Nissan micra.

I bought itel 1355 for just 9,800. I wasn't expecting much. But I was pleasantly surprised that a phone with such a ridiculously low price will come with Android lollipop, operate fluidly and generally satisfy me as a low end device, with 512 RAM! . That was the first itel I will buy, just to "taste" them and the taste is sweet.

Now I can confidently purchase their high end device in the league of tecno camon c9 or infinix zero 3. I hope they make a high end phone with great specs, like FULL HD display( not just HD), 13MP camera, 5000mah battery with fast charge, 3gb RAM and best of all OTA upgrades (that was I disliked tecno, you need to buy new phone to get upgrade)

Do this (at a price is not too prohibitant ) and you will win the heart of Nigerian youths and phone buyers.

Not many Nigerians can afford 2GB RAM phones and there is more to a phone than the RAM.

sorry oh! OGA I called them and they ask me to come with my imei and serial number.
the problem is I can provide the imei by dialing *#06# but I cannot find the serial number because the carton is in another state but I called them to snap it and send it to me, I don't know they will accept it in your callcare center.
