I got refused. PGC-Humber College. Submitted Online 15-4-16. Insufficient funds, that's very ridiculous and that was the least i expected. My blood elder brother is my sponsor with good personal account and assets valuation close to 100M. I have ordered my GCMS or whatever they call it. I will make another try once I get the notes. I have paid my tuition for the first semester and I'm contacting the school for deferral to January. As long as people still get TRV with PGC I will sure get it.

My application was bounced also, got dispatched yesterday after 17weeks, and yes na PGC,
They were like this in March. I am just mad they wasted my time.
If I would be applying again, it def would be with a masters admission.

I think maybe Ontario is getting too many attention , the last person who got his PGC trv is heading to British Columbia , too many theories but God pass CIC...

Amen oo. It can only be God now o. There is just no perfect criteria for application approval. A friend of mine told me it never used to be this hectic. God pass CIC

Sad no more researchers on the forum to really know and determine the real cause of denial instead everyone is jumping into the easy bandwagon of a theory that says there is a conspiracy against PGC even when he or she is denied on the bases of insufficient funds grounds.

Well just popping in to say something that could help out....

To all those denied and going for PGC can the following gaps be filled

1) When did you finish your previous study?
2) Is your choice of program obviously related to your previous study? (Or you feel it should be related)
2) What have you been doing since then? rather what did you fill that you have been doing?
3) Who is your sponsor?
4) If you have been working substantially, Is it related to what you did in your previous study and what you are going for?
5) If number 4 relates to you, what evidence of personal assets and financial stability did you show vis a vis letter stating yearly income and statement of accounts to back it up.

i dont know, dis is my first time on paper route because i have apply twice via online and denial twice 1st purpose of visit,work..2nd no personal assest and relationship with my sponsor ...economics,university of Winnipeg

As a student, you can either invite them through visitors visa or spouse open work permit...
I just applied for my wife and son too.and I pray to see them in October

hello everyone. nice job. you people are trying here oh. i need infomation about some schools. i am interested in applying to these schools in canada for M.SC. management or MBA. but my top choice is the M. Sc. program so i can easily do the PHD.
1. memorial university newfoundland. gone through their website, tuition relatively cheap compare to other school but does not seems to have the coop option. anyone applied to this sch before.
2. Brock University for the M.Sc management. @Huzzie, need your input since you are currently a student here. total amount of tuition and all the details that you think is necessary.thanks Bro. Regards to Madam.
3. Hec Montrel, Concordia University Montrel, University of Ottawa, Mcmaster University, St Mary's University all for their MBA program. - need to know the best one for the MBA program. Apart from the fact that their tuition is within the same bracket, cost of living expenses etc. anyone applied to these schools should pls help a sister with details.
i have a b.sc. business admin and ACCA and over 10 years work experince. thinking of going into lecturing and i think the M.sc is the path to go.

My Broda laugh wan kill me wen i hear 4. Na to just dash them money or kukuma pay for there monthly salary be the koko other than applying for all Four of you at once. Single applicant dey book novena and vigil for Cic to dash them just 1 year visa.
CIC middle name na stone cold, they find it hard to giv mumsi and pikin of 6months visa, gav d mum nd left d pikin to be feeding on ewedu and pap wen d mum travels, thats to know there level of akpo,hw then would they giv a community of 4 visa?
Sir/Ma my advice abeg apply alone,save the other applicants app fee for your flight ticket lera you invite your people over when u bag ur Trv because from statistics delay for all 4 of u is 95%.

To all my brothers and sisters been delayed, i really feel your pains and i say take heart and try again through Masters just like other gurus have suggested.
Just yesterday or so, i posted about the yearly quota/limit for TRV especially for students, infact due to the high rate of PGC/PGD applications coming from Nigeria and other countries recently, i see CIC cancelling PGC/PGD or bringing a new law that completely prevents foriegners from using that route to enter Canada. The Applications are much...The day i submitted my application VFS the crowed was like a crusade ground.lolz
Those of us still waiting i wish us the best and those who already have a response please move forward and God will help u in ur next application or endervour..Na Master sure pass now.
