It's Change, Change, Change to the worse for Nigerians at whatever direction one looks. Those who brought this Change to Nigerians must look at themselves in the mirror and tell to themselves: "shame on me; I am a fellow who can't see beyond my nose. " |

These patriotic young Nigerians can't get paid for putting in their best in a competition that took the NFF and the sports ministry a whole year or there about to plan. But the federal government is quick to order the CBN to subsidise dollar to the Muslims who embarked on their personal religious visit to Mecca to the tune of about 10bn difference. What a country? May be Siasia and the team Nigeria in Rio should abort this year's Olympic games and go to Mecca instead so that the government can give them urgent attention. If this government does not want sports activities, why not come openly and say it? 2 Likes |

Its so sad that these guys have to be treated this way. They have gone through a whole lot, right from when they were humiliated in Atlanta to when they were almost stranded at the airport in the US and the disgrace they got in the hotel in RIO. To me they have been patriotic enough remember they are in a strange land .whatever they decide to do at this point I don't think anyone should blame them. #DALUNGMUSTGO |

sassiemyk: You need the sense more bro. Of course, it is an established fact that we have unpatriotic leaders. But disgracing your country because of unpaid wages is unpatriotic. You didn't remember you were being owed when you boarded the flight to Rio. Its like going to the market square to announce that your mother haven't served you break fast. You are playing for your motherland not her leaders. But I don't expect you to understand since common sense is not common. 1 Like |

NFF is cursed. The first news was that they were held up in their hotel because of some officials that were not suppose to be in their hotel. Now is dat they have not been paid allowance and the coach has not been paid for five Month and if it were a foreign coach, they won't owe him a day salary. NFF is cursed. These has been happening over time and it need to stop. |

emmyspark007: I can see frustration and hopelessness hovering around you, but I choose not to reduce to your level. Bro check the meaning of patriotism abeg. Standing up your mother because of breakfast doesn't make you a good son. They're playing for their motherland. That's the spirit I expect from them. Will they spend their naira salary in Rio? Why are they protesting now? Were they forced to board the plane. Think abeg 1 Like 1 Share |
