If you do have complete papers, then your WAEC result needs to be probed. You could not have comfortably made 9 E`s if that's what you deduced from the write-up.

Nigerians have always been doing something as a resilient and innovative people. All we are asking is for this rudderless govt to get out of our way since they can't help.
