emma4eva: I ordered for my Gcms file after i was refused for insufficient funds for my MBA, so this was the VO summary why i was refused. 1,You claim your spouse and brother are both paying for balance of your tuition fee and living expenses but you did not provide evidence of relationship. 2,both sponsors claim they are business people but i did not see an evidence of business in there statement of accounts. 3,both sponsors balances are not sufficient enough to pay the balance of your tuition and living expenses as promised. Statement of account of my husband was(5.6 million) while my elder brother was(6.9 million). I have already deposited 10,000 Canadian dollars as tuition deposit, and have a balance of 23,000 dollars as balance because my tuition fee is 33,000. I was refused in July 2015 after medical call up, so my husband have to work on his finances because he decided to act as the sole sponsorship without my brother as co sponsor. So I applied in April, attached his international passport copy, white wedding pictures, traditional wedding pictures, court wedding pictures, church wedding certificate, court wedding certificate and hubby age declaration certificate as prove of relationship to sponsor. I presented a statement account of 12.7 million with total cash inflow of 32 million. The account had good inflow and during the time of visa application he made a deposit of around 5 million within one week which was spread and the day he printed his statement of account a deposit of 1.2 million came in few minutes before the statement was printed out. But all the money that came into his account came directly from his business account to show evidence of business activities. I also attached his CAC document without Tax clearance certificate. he also presented his Domiciliary statement of account of $10,100 united state dollars My husband wrote a well detailed sponsorship letter indicating how much will be made available for my study. Other document remain on charge, so that was how i tackle the problem of insufficient funds and got my TRV. 15 Likes |

laimartins7: Yes oo. 48k transit fee so long as ur flight transits tru any state in the U.S. Why dont u try another itinerary route that dosent require u flying tru U.S cos the transit visa is not 100% certain. |

Hello everyone, I need your honest candid advice on this. Suppose you've a masters degree & you're looking forward to leaving naija soonest, would you rather apply for the express entry or go for PhD assuming funds isn't an issue. NB: I just got rejected based on "purpose of visit" for applying for PGD. |

Hello folks, I would lke to give kudos to you all for your tiredless efforts and info. I have been a silent reader on the site, and i have followed few of the outlined steps in applying for my Msc in canada. I applied to USASK and UBC, I succeeded in paying application fees but never went beyond that. i mailed some supervisors at both universities but my mail wasnt attended to. I hold a first degree (with a second class lower)in pharmacy from a fedral university in nigeria, am considering MSC in any of the branches of pharmacy. please kindly give your advice on how best to approach this 1 Like |

Hello Everyone, I have been following this tread for some time though not long and it's been great here, I applied for a post graduate Certificate in Humber College but Someone told me that CIC gives preference to University offered letter than College Offered letter during visa processing. Please I will be glad on your advice. Thanks |

Pacypatty: hello there. was it an online application or via paper route? |
Re: Travelling To Canada Part 10 by kisstaye(m): 8:53pm On Aug 14, 2016 |
clem62000:yea you can say that. but I think it depends on a couple of factors eg the course you chose..does it relate with your first degree, your finances etc. people on here have been granted trv for pgd studies so I wouldn't be discouraged if I were you. it all depends on the packaging of ur application 2 Likes |

Re: Travelling To Canada Part 10 by kisstaye(m): 9:52pm On Aug 14, 2016 |
Pacypatty:OK. if it's online, CIC will contact you via mail or through their portal. I must say it's quite a long time from the end of may. as at now there is little or nothing you can do. just be patient a bit.. I'm sure you'll be contacted for medical soonest |
