No! dont just blame the poor average Nigerian. Government has done nothing for him and he is trying to survive at minimal cost so that, instead of paying the refuse people to carry away his dirt, he drops it in the gutter.

The change begins with us but yet buhari and his members budgeted over 3.7 billion naira to import BMW cars from Germany,760 million naira for ask rock recreational activities and 618 million for bulbs and despite the fact that salaries haven't been paid and there is no money they still passed and signed this budget into law and u still believe them
