Anyway, on the match, the player that worries me the most is Fellaini.. Even though, I should be unconcerned at this stage.

He's not just slow paced but slow in his transition..

I've been taking note of all his touches so far in the DM role and although he's been defensively solid, he do take ages in his decision making and was quite floored by Hull's quick transition and fluid movement in the First half until they sat back in the second half and that gave him some breathing space.

I've seen how Alonso always got picked out by Barca's fluid movement in the midfield under Pep and that's when we all know Alonso is one intelligent chap unlike Fellaini who's just as slow paced but also, a bit slow upstairs. The same happened to Kouyate vs City in the Westham match 2 weeks back.

Pep hit a jackpot with Silva though. We could say he started Silva transition in the central midfield.. That was one thing he lacked at Bayern, that is, a playmaker (after Kroos left, of course). I remembered quite well how Kroos was an important part of his midfield then.

Still don't like Mourinho though..

at least its well known that jose plays like that, van goat on the other hand won't stick to his philosophy always trying new things, and that's a trait of a clueless fellow

My brother I started hating football. I was depressed. I didn't watch any of united europa games live. Those I managed to I was always sleeping off. Thank God that is in the past now

Chelsea's last season debacle was something unusual, and saying jose doesn't have a philosophy/tactics is pure hogwash, you can't win championships in 4 countries with three European cups by just relying on individual brilliance.
so your claim is false, jose does have his own philosophy, you not seeing it is your own problem.

Try out counter attack playing style with quality players na... Defend as a whole while you wait for the right time to attack.

Leicester won the league playing such style, especially in the second half of the season.

I don't have problem doing such vs top teams but against decent teams or teams with equal quality, I take offense to that.

We hardly looked poor though.. We were just non-threatening due to our lack of good strikers.. We dominated the middle and looked good but lacked the pace in the middle and upfront nor the creativity to actually break the opponent..

The moment Rashford and Lingard got more involved in the second half of the season, we looked better vs most side except some good side such as Liverpool, Spurs etc which all had better numerical quality upfront as opposed to ours etc..

We never played cowardly like Mourinho had us play vs Southampton or the way Hull bossed us in the 1st half.. Considering the no of qualities in Mourinho's side..

The small teams that defeated us did that by parking the bus while relying on pure luck on the counter..

We were hardly outplayed!

It is easy to not get outplayed with the system LVG employed. I saw small teams come to old trafford and attack us like we stole from them...

This one that everybody is giving the match to United. Am keeping an open mind. The style of play on display will be more important to me than the result tomorrow
