SAMBARRY: A tin of peak milk is above 100naira the last time I checked and the 10naira onions, the second name na sorry. Cos na peels and back of onions u go get for 10 naira . Not were three manageable size or four tafia size goes for 50naira. U go hold them for hand. Kpomo 100 naira na joke.since no fish or meat small Cray fish to at least dey to make am taste . So u nor go end up cooking soup wen u nor go fit chop. When prisoners or boarding school soup go better pass. Then if na soup, where garri , semi, wheat or amala go show from.Abi we go borrow am. And if na stew were rice go show from. At best 800 fit make stew, small rice , then okra or ewedu 100naira and garri 150. Small derica of rice making every like 1500 and above to cook manageable meal. Well thank God we can even discuss 500. I learnt some persons now go days without food and I just wonder how we got to this point. In all we thank the Lord. He alone knows better. I rise. 2 Likes |

wizflower: Anybody who lives in south West will just be laughing at you. The cup in question here is milk cup. As in peak liquid milk cup. Infact yoruba egusi could be bought for #60 per milk cup. How much oil and dry pepper do you need to cook two cups of egusi. Panla wewe (small panla) either fresh or smoked goes for #100. Sometimes it comes in two or three tiny ones. Some women sell bitterleaf #30 even which is enough economically to prepare your soup. A cup of garri (OYO) goes for #25 while Egba goes for #30. At Bodija or ojoo market Ibadan,10 cups is sold at #170 as I am typing. Infact less than #500 will prepare a very nutricious soup if you go for okra and ugu. Learn to learn and stop arguing with food and nutrition gurus. What has being a man or woman got to do with it?. Who doesn't cook when hungry?. |

Stop exaggerating na. You people should say things as they are. Things might be expensive but not as expensive as most of you claim. 500 still has value. you can tell me it had depreciated by say 20% |

Op you are a confused fellow. In point 1 you seem not to know the difference between stew and soup. #500 can cook stew without meat or fish. #200 can barb your hair #300 can get you a bra Why would you want to leave your generator overnight? Op you are mischievous. #500 can power your generator atleast for 3hours You can cure your malaria with #150. How? Simply pluck pawpaw leaves, wash it well, boil it in water (pot) for 1hour and pour out the water into a cup, allow it to cool and drink it. The #150 is the cost of kerosene. I assure you that this is the best way of treating malaria. I don't know when I bought malaria drugs last. When you drink it, for atleast 6 months you won't have malaria, when symptoms come again. Prepare another one. NB: Ensure you finish the pawpaw water within 6 hours maximum. The good thing is that you can drink it as a preventive measure. If a family of 7 drinks it. It has saved over #2000 worth of drugs. |
