Efcc took the banks to court for money laundry and they banks pleaded guilty of same offence. The next step is to visit a competent court asking for forfeiture of said amount. If granted, the money will be send into the TSA and it automatically becomes govt money. Remember the banks involved has to be sanctioned inline with the money laundry act. In a nutshell due process is been followed. It is now left for mama peace to sue the bank and that will drag her into the mess. Systematically she will go to jail
