To God be the glory I delivered on the 13th September after 10years of waiting.

I just want to share my testimony to encourage someone who is going through stress in life or marriage, you are not alone. But don't give up.

I got married in 2006 at the age of 20yrs and since then nothing. In fact my in-laws said that I have destroyed my womb with abortion and lot more.

Out of desperation, i started buying all manner of baby things and at the end of the day I gave them out, I started charity works, birthdays at the orphanage etc

By January I missed my period went for test and it came out positive after years of humiliation. My sisters na so. Could have gotten everything I needed then but I said let me wait till I know the sex but before I knew the sex things were no longer as they were. 38wks I never buy anything. But I will always tell my dh don't worry the sacrifices of my past will always speak.

On the 7th I was paid 1 month in my place of work out of six months, dh got some cash. Hmmm I bought everything I needed in one day. We also kept for hospital.

Labour is a different story. Because my bags were not packed, I wasn't exercising so that the baby won't come. So I had a deep cut cos I dilated only 2cm but my cervix was open. So many things but God took control.

My baby came on hubby's birthday.

Motherhood is a whole different and lovely experience. Lord am grateful to you.

God is really awesome and He's truly the God of impossibilities. A big congratulations to you ma. I use you as a point of contact to other TTC mother's. Their testimony is near IJN

My sister 2 weeks before I delivered I started to take long walks but all it did was to aggravate the waist pain I already had. I wanted my baby to come on a specific date but God had other plans. I just decided to relax. When the baby is ready he/she will come. I can understand your anxiety. Don't worry it'll soon happen. *Hugs*

My own baby is king of keeping mommy quite.
I guess i gave done like 15 scans.... it was until it was discussed here that 4 is enough that i cooled down

the so so scan has mastered my hubby that he just wakes up n say baby take n go n do scan n i will be like no... doctor didnt ask. Lol

What u can do.... ensure u r not always overfed.... then stay in a very calm position n take something swert or cold.

But if u like... u can use scan to confirm.

My new pastor waited for 9 years. Today, he has a ministry to help TTC couples. He said God told him He wanted him to feel the pains of TTC couples and minister to them with empathy. That's why God took him through that period of waiting.
Are you sure you have not just discovered your ministry? (Some are delayed due to other factors but some its cos of ministry).
Rest well. Happy vigilante.

Peeping mood deactivated, #team december...bn out of d race.... Pls mamas in the house that got preggy after mc, how can i get preggy again ooo, m ovulating, dtd but nothing yet. Also ever since my mc, my breas, t pain has been in just my small right breas.t after ovulation, could dis b hormonal imbalance?... None shall cast their young among us again, every preggy mama shall continue to carry to term and give birth like the hebrew women in Jesus name. I am certain i am coming back to share my bfp sooner than i expect and carry to term in Jesus name

The bolded part happens to me too...but it doesn't happen for a long time, just a few mins.

I know today isn't bumpy Tuesday but abeg make una helep me look dis my bump. Is it not too big for 23weeks? Fear don de catch me o! Some of my neighbors are even thinking I'm already 8months pregnant o!

Secondly, lately, dizziness has been the order of the day. I get so dizzy that I have to stop what I'm doing, take off tight clothes, and just lie down for sometime before I'm relieved. 
Also, if I eat, after I finish eating, and I drink water, I'll get dizzy and weak that I'll just have to sit down for a while till I'm relieved. 

Is all this normal? 

P.S
I drink lots of liquid so I'm usually not dehydrated and I sit in a well ventilated area. Infact whether light de or light no de, my rechargeable fan is always working.

LO kicks like crazy! My belly is an acrobatic stadium for him

And sometimes I feel pressure in my lower abdomen as if lo is resting on something. I get this heavy feeling but it goes away after a while. 

My next appointment is in 3weeks

Pls Shout aye if you hear your name, don't forget to update with your baby's gender and EDD if you haven't done so. I'm sure we are all doing okay but just wanna be double sure.

As we gallantly step into the 3rd trimester, my prayer is that it will be easier than the first two. But let's help ourselves by minimising bending (I'm guilty of this one ), eating right, not just large volumes of high carb foods but nutritious foods in moderate quantities (fruits, veggies, smoothies and fluids)

Let's remember that our LOs are rapidly adding weight at this stage so don't be too shocked if when you step on that scale, what you see surprises you. Who's neck is getting darker? Nose getting wider? Milk factory getting bigger? Shortness of breath especially after climbing the stairs? _{Kpekusing getting clumsier?} It's all part of the package so let's embrace it with joy because very soon, we will miss pregnancy days, the kicks, LO turning and flipping inside us and the likes.

How's the shopping going? God's provision will never cease in our homes and may we never lack all we need to take care of our little ones, Amen.

Whatever we can buy before we hit the 35th week mark let's try and get because we never can tell when LO will decide to come. Though we pray our babies come when God says. Now is also the time to seriously start looking into the various birth plans our respective hospitals have planned out for pregnant women. The internet is there to watch videos and prep our minds. Also, let's learn from other mum's past experiences...

Let's feel free to come in here and ask questions, read birth stories and wish other mamas well as they put to bed. May others rejoice with us too when it's our time
