Foolish people with archaic ideology...
[/quote

No my dear I guess the reverse is the case here. You and your likes are the archaic ideological n foolish ones.

A people agitating for their freedom and self determination can't be termed archaic or foolish.

Rather the ones who prefer to live in slavery and penury are the ones who deserve to be called that.

Yes you are.

It wasn't a mistake for you to call us "flat heads"....it was a deliberate and conscious act.

Well, it shouldn't have taken you this long to air your thoughts and opinion on the Biafran issue.

Some people are just stupid. If you forget to fight for your friends, neighbours, family n more, one day nobody will fight for you... Your brother was arrested unlawfully and u can't fight for him only because u r being misled by some stupid leaders, remember it may be your turn too....
Biafra, I support you... I love you...in fact I join you in spirit of prayer, As a Yoruba not afonja, I support u cause I refuse to be slave to cowman

Enlightened people dont shut down all economic or academic activities. Shows that you are still living in the stone age. They call on their leaders to push their agenda until they call for a referendum. Unfortunately, your leaders do not give a flying Bleep. If the Yorubas want to secede tomorrow, it would happen like a movie. No useless protests, no hate preaching, no fuckery. We know the right channels to go through.
Note that this foolery is not going to affect a strand of hair on anybody. Keep deceiving yourselves.
You this illiterate vomiting untrue nonsense.
Awolowo was the first person to attempt secession and was arrested and jailed for treason before an Igbo man stupidly released him else he would have died in jail.
The yorubas already tried their hands at secession in the 60s and it failed woefully without a wimper or any hope of success.

People have already posted the pictures of closed markets. Thank you and more so, I am in lagos.

@otimise

I am not an Igbo man, I am a Remo (Ijebu) man from Sagamu, Ogun State and I live in Lagos State.

My dream is for a true and united Nigeria where everybody is given equal opportunity and sense of belonging but what we have now is not an ideal state. Whatever you permit will increase, the way the Igbos are maginalised today will soon get to me if it is not corrected.

It's not gonna happen. It's a forced marriage. This is people, culture and beliefs. NYSC didn't even make a dent on our differences. I am Afonja as una dey call am. But marriage is not by force. This is not the most productive model. We can't function at d pace a leader wants when he can't even speak or cares to even understand my language. This sit at home is an eye opener. U can't oppress a people for long. It took Buhari just 18 months to put us on a keg of gun power. Sincerely, nothing democratic has happened in d last one year. The judiciary has been abused like never before. No one even knows how INEC functions or who d chairman is. Edo election postponed due to fear of loss. Make we forget all d security yarns. A lot is going wrong too fast. Apart from d subsidy protest under Goodluck, the man created plenty balance and peace and timing was wrong. Why don't the northerners want true federalism anyway? I think that is d question we should start asking. It is obviously a topic that concerns all of us else we won't have comments building up.

Did I in anyway insinuate that you were Yoruba? I already knew your tribe but what I learnt also today which has eluded me before now which is why I called Mizmycoli's attention is your deep seated hatred and disdain for Igbo ...It wasn't a joke or a mistake because you spent time on both threads rubbishing Igbo people as a whole...Or can I publicly ridicule you alongside your perceived enemies in the name of joke

It is too glaring that you enjoy the Igbo bashing but isn't strong enough to wear tribalist tag, probably because of want of back ups from your tribe...hence you wanna feed your bigotry and hatred for them from the background... unfortunately, your cover was blown today...

grin I'll be stupid to hate them, I've been in the east for years now..

But if you say so? No problem I really do not take everything I see on Nairaland that seriously.

South Sudan would be a joke compared to what would befall these people. The other day, it was Aniomas denying being Igbos. I cant wait to see the movie. By then, all our borders would be strict. No igbo refugee would be able to crawl in through the bushes.
Still don't know how it's your concern what becomes of the Igbos? undecided pray tell why the fear? If I don't like something or someone I let it/them GO!!!! Na by force to stay as ONE COUNTRY? and yet be so divided and against each other? The Igbo man you dislike so much why not allow them go away from your presence? Then wait and see if they crawl back to you then you can do whatever you like to them smiley

Or else just shove your thoughts and opinion where the sun don't shine!!!

It really baffles me that when someone hates someone, you still won't let the person go his way. Nigerians hate "Biafrans". It's simple, Let Them Go!!! So that we'll know we're in different countries. Let the hate stop. I'm married to your people. I don't mind travelling to another country to visit my husband's people. You don't want them, they don't want you. Separation is the best!!!!
I hate hearing this statement " Nigerians hate Biafrans" . Stop playing the victim card, making it look like the whole country is ganging up against you guys, when truth is, every region has their problem and also a struggle.

Less than one percent of the populace have been ruling this country since independence, your problem is with them and not the so-called 'Nigerians' as meant in the context you put it.

The painful thing about most of you biafrans is the fact that you guys are just too conceited and full of yourselves. I am sorry, but there's nothing special about you guys; you are just like every normal people out there, albeit with a higher rate of deluded individuals .

I want you guys to get what you are asking for, if truly, it will better the lives of biafrans and overall make Nigeria what we all desire, but please stop the delusion.

If it was America that said something like--the world hates us, or even Russia or China for that matter, we will understand, because these set of people are a force to reckon with and have made great achievements and unquestionable impact on their immidate environment, not Biafra puhlease: an imaginary entity.

Nice one.
I think you guys should try sitting at home for 1 week.

It is going to be super cool.

Wetin concern Idoma man? We wey fulani no kill don go back to farm. Life continues just as GEJ the founder and financier of IPOB, AVENGERS and MEND has moved on.

Even Modu Sheriff the grand patron of BH and your party chairman has moved on since the Nigerian Army started changing their reggae to blues.

Ojukwu- The man who coined that word 'Biafra' moved on a looooonnng time ago before his demise. He even went further to contest for political positions but you guys and your DILECTOR who is presently serving jail term in the zoo deliberately refused to vote for him. You all sold your votes to a bloody Yoruba man who his own people didn't like.

The same man who is behind your agitations was presiding over the affairs of this country for six years, he claimed that he built a 30km road but he refused or forgot to remember the sorry state of South-Eastern roads.

Wouldn't it be great seeing a Biafran republic? A home of drug traffickers, human traffickers, fake pastors, armed robbers and habitual debtors who leave their borrowers with no option than to stand stack naked in front of their gate?

Una welldone o!

Ya dikwana gi na mma. Nkita ala.
