ellovee:Don't reply as if you are talking to a foreigner. I dont need a sorcerer to tell me they where compelled to do so. Once the touts say "hey, today no one opens his or her shop", the innocent shop owners will have no choice than obey . A normal Nigerian shop owner knows that failure to obey will result to him or her getting mobbed and attacked by a crowd of angry touts . The reason Nigeria is still backwards is because we are not true to our selves. We pretend to be ok even when we ain't 5 Likes |

Laveda: 1)Don't lie babe...It wasn't an innocent statement... because you went all the way defending the statement and its veracity in two different threads ... 2) Nothing like how it is done in this section...you have been at it for long probably anonymously...hence you learnt the word...you didn't get that word by inspiration but by observation and participation in tribal threads... 3) My worry is because if you can begrudge a whole tribe at this age, what happens when gray hair comes...maybe chief witch by then nah ...little by little it comes and grows and matures and bears fruits ... 4) Whatever you do here is a mirror of your real world...you can't just separate the two entirely...it is impossible!!!... Don't lie or deceive yourself...there's little or no dichotomy between here and there... 5)I am highly disappointed in YOU but all same, lesson learnt...life continues!!! 9 Likes 2 Shares |

goldedprince:thank you for making me understand that you are not a foreigner but speaking as one. Igbos have no record of mob actions as is the case in the northern part. Mob actions in the south occurs only as a retaliation. So don't think that ppl were scared of mob action. But let me emphasise that today's compliance is borne out of volition. 4 Likes |

belzabull: firefire, tomakint, acidiosis and some others cant mention now. Quote me anywhere. Nigeria will break someday. It's only buying time. Indeed, Yoruba race is the only cord holding Nigeria together. Once Yoruba turn their back on the North. The South will break away. I stand for greater South. 2 Likes |

Akwa Ibom and cross river states are not part of this show of shame. I Believe my brother states sush as Edo, Rivers, Delta And Bayelsa are doing same. I would rather die a Nigerian if i can't get a Niger Delta State. We cannot trust Igbo people. 6 Likes |

StarPlayer:God bless you a lot my brother. I'm just so surprised by those two dolts. The way they are putting too much emotions into the little ish is so nauseating. Just as if someone murdered their mothers. I'm so surprised the way they are braying on the girl like a pack of wolves, just so annoying. Just that little issue and they are becoming too emotional over it gosh, where are these sissies from? Well don't be surprised that what brought them together has divided them. If you studied their comments you'll see that it was tribalism and hatred for other tribes that brought them and the so-called girl together and they feel betrayed that she wasn't who they thought her to be afterall. Like the Yorubas will say "oun to pa won po lo tu won ka, gambari pa fulani ko lejo ninu". 2 Likes |

Hhundredhundred:Don't mind those silly touts. The way they shout Yoruba up and down as if it's Yorubas holding their destiny is something else. You'll always hear them shouting "Yoruba should let us go" doesn't that reek of helplessness and hopelessness? Are the Yorubas holding the key to you destiny? Do say you want to leave the West and move back to you red mud caves and we stopped you? Don't be surprised majority of those IPOB touts are not in other parts of the country. The most tribalistic among Igbos are those who have never lived outside the East and those who have only made a few journeys outside the red mud region. 5 Likes 1 Share |

Whynotthetruth: Honestly, lets just leave her. We took interest because it involves HER. I personally do not comment on these tribal threads and try as much as possible to ignore it. I've got friends who are yorubas and other tribes and I love meeting new people. If you call your friends "flat head" then it is within their circle. But when you call a group of people "flat head" which is the same name other bigots use in addressing same set of people, which includes responsible friends and one still sees nothing wrong with it...then the integrity of that person should be called to question. I have read tons of insults from both tribes but I do not bother nor give an ass...I catch the fun. But when it comes from someone I least expect from, then I too bad. 2 Likes 1 Share |
