Happy Independent: What Are We Doing In Our Own Way To Make Nigeria Better.? by Fynestboi: 1:34pm On Oct 01, 2016 |
_No one is born excellent; no one is born a success; it's not a function of your background neither of your circumstances; You choose to be great, it's a choice dilligently worked towards. Happy New Month._ However I will like we all to judiciously ruminate on the bolded question. Times too many do we see Nigerians complaining about the government. Yes, our government is inefficient. There's no light. Our roads are horrible. We know. It's very easy for any one of us to list complaints and problems about our nation. Recalling good is difficult, but can we recall any good that we have done? I truly wonder. What many of us fail to realize or remember, in my opinion, is that most of us are able bodied. We can make an impact with our own two hands if we wanted. It doesn't have to be big. Changing Nigeria isn't only by going "Terry G" on Aso Rock. So my questions to we all today, is what are we doing in our own ways to make Nigeria better? ©Fynestboi TeamFynestboi_ Wish you Happy Independent day 3 Likes 1 Share |

Nigerians suppose to be weeping instead of celebrating, what's there to celebrate? No road, no light, no fuel, high price of commodities, economic recession, corruption, no salary yet, devaluation of naira, tribalism at its peak and so on, it's high we wake up from our sleep and face the reality 7 Likes 2 Shares |

Hmmm... what a thoughtful post. "Change begins with me" op, GOD bless you tremendously. My own contribution is that I'm trying to ensure others don't make the foolish mistake I made by sharing my funny but very true experience. Fair question. Well my contribution towards nigeria's development shall start after i finish school, i shall join the NDLEA and make sure that i catch all those nasty ipod yoots trying to smuggle drugs and all, boy i can't stand those people smearing my dear country's name all over the place or something. And i will like to become.... Well thats all i can remember right now. 1 Like |

which better are you seeking for when a Daura President is at the helm of affairs ? Which better are you seeking for when we have changed from better to best ? Which better are your hearts craving for when: $1 =N1 ? Pupils are fed daily ? There is massive employment ? N5k is paid monthly to the unemployed ? Our economy is the largest in Africa ? Electricity is steady on a 24/7 basis ? When the restiveness in the Niger Delta and South East have been resolved ? Massive infrastructural development is ongoing? Investors are flocking into the Nigerian market ? 2 Likes |

this is one of d worst times to celebrate Independence in d history of Nigeria no thanks to APC Even Buhari Independence speech was very empty n uninspiring. My contribution - I offer constructive criticisms of any Govt in power to put them on their toes We shld b mourning BC sometimes I think we got Independence too early we shld ve waited till 1990 or 2000 by then oyibos for don develop Nigeria like London. Nigeria today looks like a man at his own burial 5 Likes |
