Proudlyngwa:well you can call it stupidity..it just might be the fight that leads nigeria forward with structures on resource control... Gej already had plans for restructuring..calling for a referendum..the PIB was also much talked about which would have benefited host communities more..you can find out why the bill is still not deliberated on till this moment.. |

what has FG gained in not negotiating with agitators. I blame all who brought one who couldn't do much in his 30's to power at 79. |

Izonpikin:Without Character restructuring, everybody will just be moving in circles, let's focus on mental reorientation first I also advise we look towards citizenship before indigenization, how do you explain someone who was born in Bayelsa, pays tax in Bayelsa but can't be voted for in Bayelsa. We have to know what our priorities are moving forward as a society. 1 Like |

Izonpikin: Oga, NL militant spokesman, listen up, if GEJ were still president, yes Militants wouldn't have been bombing but they would have resumed immediately he handed over after 12 years as president. Why? Cos the only reason they stopped was because he was from that region and they had to give him support as one of their own after been persuaded by heavy weights. Yaradua's amnesty was the only genuine approach the militants ever believed. If GEJ were still president, boko haram would still have kept up their campaign of bombing soft targets everywhere (churches, mosques, markets, bars, etc). E don stop now. If GEJ were still president, my state government workers and pensioners would still be owed 13 (now it would have been over 24) months salaries because the same group of people who were owing workers' salaries comfortably under his guidance would still be in charge. Now workers have been receiving double alerts per month (like last month) intermittently to clear backlog of arrears. I understand that the economy isn't palatable now, but trying to use militants attacks to threaten the rest of Nigerians will simply not work and you jumping up to mastur.bate over every thread on militant attacks just goes to portray you as a very undisciplined, ill-bred, unpatriotic citizen who deserves every iota of anguish this government is causing you right now (from your statements). Buhari is your president, choke on that every-time you breathe. 2 Likes |

Good one! By the time the country hits an all time low, I just hope there kinsmen would keep praising the sabotage caused by militants. No one will suffer the loss more than an average Nigerian. They will only share the crumbs of the bread they get. Some people still be glad that Nigeria is losing billions due to militant activities #WhoIsDoingWho 1 Like |

Proudlyngwa:it's still restructuring...all join na so warri people go talk am.... Mental orientation is a big grammar that you can't achieve in a country as big as nigeria..we aren't new born babies..even our politicians can't change their orientation as we can see...even buhari can't be re-oriented.. ...but structures can force them to... Kill the central system of government and watch states forced to develop competitively.. Restructure I stand with...that's if we ever want some peace in this nation... |

If this government was really calculative, they would have smoothered the principle of War Economics. At least, 10 billion would have settled the militant question, no or least would have been lost. I am a Northerner, yet, tempted to call Nigeria a zoo. |

Izonpikin:Without humans restructuring, the system will never restructure, that's the first thing to understand. The state government has so much power what have the achieved . Guy let's work towards having better individuals first. |

caesaraba:on bokoharam may I remind you that gej was already decimating the idiotsss before the elections...oh yes...read the news papers.. I am on the militancy issue because I am completely tired of how nigeria works and I have always been tired... For continuous peace and a sustainable one there is no doubt that a restructuring must be made... The fight in the Niger delta can never end until the right thing is done..and you know what that is..you guys can keep running in circles..and the truth is when the right thing is done it would have have ripple effect on other states that can now independently explore and exploit their own resources to generate huge revenues... I look at the bigger picture..nigeria is messed up and will continue to be until the right thing is done... |

Proudlyngwa:if immunity is not taken away from governors then they would continue to hold on to so much power..but even with immunity once governors know that monies can only come when they themselves generate it and not from the FG then they would work hard for their states.. Read up the only post I made up here on nairaland and see what I have always clamored for.. The individuals we have now are unrepentant and hard hearted..only institutions and structures can tame them.. Abi you wan carry bible go dey preach to everybody??... Change structures and everybody will fall in place... |

This line of comment "With the price of natural gas put at $2.95 per 1,000 scf as of September 23, the difference of 40.9 billion scf translates to a loss of $120.7m or N36.8bn (using the official exchange rate of N305/dollar)." is faulty. Let me correct it....natural gas price is $2.95 per MMscf (one million scf), not 1000scf. Based on this, the amount lost is N36.8 Million. Also, you calculated your loss based on the highest production for 2016 and not the average for the year. Faulty report, writers authenticity and knowledge should be verified before we post such sensitive messages. |

Izonpikin:Who will institute the change in structures, Who will enforce it. Bros we all have a bleeped up mindset. If we don't overcome this man pass man altitude we have, no structure will be effective. The presidency instituted change begins with me, we said no, it begins with him. Can it get any worse. Do we need a good government to make us good people |

So, what of the money you made so far on the gas, where is it ? You claim there is no money, yet the small vandalsm we lost over our external reserve. Stupid government. So, if there was no vandalization, will you announce how much you made and how you spend ? Even till now, I dont know how much you have made from the crude oil and gas pipes that are not vandalized. |

Yyeske:It pains me badly for the militants blowing the pipeline because Buhari is always using it as defence for his high degree of incompetence and dullness. Am just praying that oil price too increase. By that time, his total and complete incompetence will be open but most likeky he will still blame it on GEJ and his faimily. The best thing is to bear and vote this dullard out come 2019 since there will be no end to his complaints. |
