Thank God for the gift of life. My application was refused today after 15weeks of Waiting.Please,how do I request for my GCMS Note in other to repackage my application and refire back. I applied for PGD at Niagara college,my uncle is my sponsor with balance of 15million Naira in his acct. I paid $7855 CAD as part payment and added our land property as a personal asset.Reasons for refusal: you have not convinced me weda u will leave Canada after completion of ur studies. 2. Purpose of visit. 3.personal asset and financial status. Please how do I tackle this,I am having serious headache.

Am a GBC current student...i was once refused and i reapplied....U do not generalize based on a specific scenario...

Many of applicants pay full tution fees still got delay why some dont pay shi shi most of them got TRV i dont believe in tution fees guy package your level very well and hope to God

Teleayomi, if these are all the documents you submitted, you partially caused your delay o. You claim to have valid US VISA without submitting the visa page. This, to VOs, is hiding information. Again if you claim in your SOP that you are married with two kids without submitting birth certificates of your children, they might have seen you as insincere because there should be documents to confirm you truly have children. They want to see certificates that summarise all you claim. Pls think of these.

my Guy ur head don dry dere. How much is ur closing balance, did u use co sponsor in ur app. Cos I had DAT applicants shd be paying tuition fees b4 chopping TRV now. Gurus what can u say about it.


l didnt pay kobo for school fees and to the glory of God. l got the TRV. Statement bal. 4.7m naira. Sponsor Parent. Just trust in God. He will perfect yours.

I was contacted on 27/09/2016 to provide another offer letter since the former has expired. I sent the new offer a day after via the email address provided by them but am yet to hear from them.

My fear is that I needed an acknowledgement or confirmation that my mail was duly received cause I was giving 14 days to do so.

please good ones, what are your taught on this.

Thanks lawmerchant and Faskare for your comments but am kinda confused now.

Can you please shed more light on the term " legally admitted" into a country? In my own understanding can it mean if you have a valid visa to the US but does not live in the US or lives therefor a short period you can file your Canada application using the visa office in US.

Please can i also get more comments or opinion from the house regarding applying for trv from the US with a B1/B2 visa.

Are u sure your Sponsor actually said "at the end of the month the turnover will be 7 million naira" or do your sponsor mean at the end of the month the balance will be 7 million naira"?

Exercise patience as there are many in same shoe with you. Probably your sponsor is a biz man and given the economic situation, many biz men uses this time to buy goods in bulk as the price of goods increases. Your job now is always remind your sponsor about the processing time. To be frank with you, 2 million Naira as Sponsor's SOA balance is small. Your sponsor can make his SOA balance to be 7 million Naira.
