Let us stop all these sentiments about whether the DSS has the right or not to arrest criminal.
Every law abiding citizens have the civic responsibilities of preventing commission of a crime
and even arrest of criminals. There is even the right of private prosecutor if giving the go ahead
by AGF (see Gani Fawehinmi vs AGF). That the DSS arrested some alleged corrupt judges
should not become an issue because NO ONE IS ABOVE the LAW (see Oviosu vs Oviosu).Please,
let us face the issue and stop chasing the shadow. These elements have held the nation to ransom
for long the judiciary MUST be purged of corruption if this country must move forward.The case has really
exposed the hypocrisy of NBA. NBA has NEVER stood to fight for many less privileged in the society

Why all this argument? Are judges above the law? Are they not human again? Was there search warrant? If DSS can arrest mr A, why can't they arrest the judges? Infact if arresting our corrupt judges will make an ordinary citizens get justice then so be it.
