In developed nations people(adults) get locked up for posting personal pictures of themselves as teenagers in sexual poses. They are then released and apologized to after investigations prove without a doubt the pictures posted are of said adults. It's a common occurrence there. It's a shame we have no such laws in this nation.

Here, in the US, I'm unaware of any law criminalizing the act of adults making sexual poses as teenagers (at least not in California).

Such a law won't survive a constitutional challenge in a state or federal court due to the vagueness of such a statute.
