Why is this woman always looking for a fight? If she's not saying something bad about men, she's now dissing Beyonce who has provided an immense lift to her career. She never shows appreciation for anybody but herself. Always acting like a bull in a China shop. 11 Likes 1 Share |

I love that she refused to allude growing popularity to Queen Bey. I mean, we knew Chimamanda of Purple Hibiscus and HOAYS already. We knew Chimamanda of the Tedtalk 'The dangers of a single story'. So why should the western world make assertions that Bey drove her into limelight when she didn't? The best celebrities can do for each other is to 'recommend' the other's work by using it to further enhance their own work. And that's what Beyoncé did. In a sense they did something good for each other's career. So screw all these white supremacists trying to make our home girl feel like she was nothing before the Queen I feel your pain. And I'm glad you refused to tolerate it. After all Taylor Swift refused to tolerate the Kanye factor taking credit for her success 10 Likes 2 Shares |

Chimamanda... I like her books but this her feminist moves get as e be. If u feel u don't need a man, why marry in the first place. And of course, she would be loving her hubby and making sure she works to keep her home... But you come out and make other gullible women feel they ought not to take the men in their lives serious. Smh... Like someone on this thread said, 'Believe her to your own peril' In other words, you are on your own if you swallow her words on feminism hook, line and sinker. 8 Likes 1 Share |

i think she expressed that she got fame through writing not through music. a lot people already known her by her books(novels) not by music sang by Beyoncé. 4 Likes |

I didn't even know Beyonce had a song about her book. To me she made her name through writing. Hard work pays. Even though I'm an inegalitarian. 2 Likes |

Our world is spinning out of control. Now its "Feminism". I really wonder what she's campaigning for? why isn't she a lesbian and we know she's feminist for real? The idea of a man is what makes a woman complete, and that is why there is a name for a woman who's not attracted to men cos its a foul play... feminism is trash She's a good writer, and I believe she's was the writer of the book and Prestigious movie " Half of the yellow sun " ? but the collabo with Beyonce (i didn't even like the song anyways) was a boosting pill no denying it. so what's all d fuss? 2 Likes |
