Its mainly used for balancing hormones. If ur period is not irregular u dont need it cos it msy disorganise it.

From my own findings the fertile tea already have vitex in it. So i think you can take vitex and omega369 together pending when you get the fertile tea. Which means that the tea can also be taking with omega369.
Just my own opinion o. Other mamas will explain beta.

My dear, if you ovulate on the regular, you do not have an imbalance. That pain is prolly just your own body's version of PMS. Please, if you're ever going to be adventurous with drugs, always be certain you have what you're looking to treat.

nneejima , I am currently using m2tone tablets. I am taking 2 tabs with breakfast in the morning and 2 tabs with dinner every evening. My doc did not tell me to take it this way. I saw it like you on the leaflet and decided to take it like this and finish it a few days after ovulation cos I think it's better before or during ovulation. As per herbal tabs that also help with menses and hormones, I don't think I want to take it close to end of cycle. When it finishes, I will continue with my well woman till next cycle, if there will be one. I hope not.

Good evening mamas and papas. Please I want to find out if anyone is going through what I've been going through for some months now, if it's normal and if it isn't, what's the problem and is there a cure?

I see my period like clockwork every month 27th or 28th day. I bleed well for three days, a little on the fourth day and it stops either on the fifth or sixth day. But for some months now, after it stops on the 5th day, it starts again on the sixth. Not enough to fill a pad but it stains my pants and makes me irritable down there. From red blood it turns to dark brown. I spot like this till sometimes day 12 before it finally stops. And with it, I can't bd during ovulation. The last time we decided to ignore it and bd, my husband and I ended up with infection. It's day 9 today and I'm still spotting.

Please is this normal? Is anyone experiencing this or has experienced it and found a cure? Is it infection? Is it hormonal imbalance again? Why these hormones go just siddon they imbalance themselves na? Please if you know the answers to these questions, please answer me because I'm just tired of everything. It's October already, 2 months more to end this year. I can't even bd during my ovulation window which is day 7 to day 12 because of the secretions. Thanks in advance.

phelgmatic ,have you tried m2tone? Read up reviews on it. It helps regulate menstrual cycles, ovulation and balance hormones. I have no issues with my menstrual cycle or ovulation but I am trying it out for hormonal balance and stronger ovulation.

I started this last week and it makes me poo and fart more often than before. To me that's a good sign that its doing some good. I still dey watch am till the end of this cycle. Just browse it n read reviews on it for yourself first. U can also search for info on it here using the search platform up.

Say what?! Most men including my dh won't agree to baby dance everyday o for 5/6 days! Its not that easy for them since they do most of the 'work'.

But we can help you beg him to do it once every other day. That is once in two days.
