This guy! You just want to get me into trouble. On-going series of exercises since March all over the country involving SF, Pathfinders, MRS, STF, CAT, TRT NIU, various civilian agencies etc. We were told to "go crazy with the scenarios".

No. The exercises have been held annually since 2010 and I think I mentioned here a year ago that we were busy with plans.. Every year more participants are included, more complexities, more scenarios etc. I somehow doubt the students would mount a simultaneous "attack" on Koeberg Nuclear power station, the Richard's Bay Terminal and a deliberate oil slick in Coega - as one exercise scenario demanded.

The only effect has been irritation - dates have been thrown out of kilter as NIU for example, has not been available.

I think the ethiopians have the Su27 and the eritreans operate mig 29s. but they have been stealing each others aircraft since the war started so you never know who has what in what quantity anymore
