This is not the step giving issues.... I've registered and gotten the confirmation email for my account....... The error message always pops up when I try submitting the uploaded documents or sometimes while I'm trying to login

I'm referring to those having issues with getting a mail to activate their acct.

I got a new link on Monday and I completed the application on Tuesday. I also received a mail that application was successful on the same day. But today, I'm unable to log in. What should I do?
