This is to inform owners, operators and agents of branded vehicles that by virtue of the Law establishing The Rivers State Signage & Advertisement Agency (RISAA) No. 2 of 2015, all forms of mobile advertisements (Transit) in Rivers State MUST be registered with RISAA and approval obtained with a registration reference issued to the client
Mobile/Transit Operators are therefore required to pay advertisement fees/ rates to Rivers State Signage and Advertisement Agency (RISAA) with effect from 1st November, 2016 and not to the Local Government Council (s)or any of their Agents for the purpose of advertisement ONLY.

CAVEAT EMPTOR
Please be warned that anyone, organization or agents of same, who pay or cause to pay to any organization, group or individual other than RISAA does so at his or her own RISK and DETRIMENT as RISAA SHALL CONSIDER SUCH AS INVALID PAYMENTS.
