People who are calling for MMM appeared to sound ridiculous to me. For the first time I saw Mata, Mkhitaryan and Martial play together. They were too poor together and surrendered the midfield. They appeared too light weight, and Fernabache ensured the game became more physical and pacing. If Fernabache could do that to us, what would happen in the EPL? That was part of the reason Ibrahimovic chased back all the way to commit foul that led to the second goal. I want to believe we should have been better off if we left Schneirderlin on the field.

Our success this season will depend on Ibrahimovic and Rooney hitting form. I can see Rooney coming back, after his goal he almost equalised with a header. That's what confidence does. Our best part this season was when these two started the season together. But trust English press to find a way to kill Rooney's confidence so that he could be dropped for one of Liverpool or Spurs players in the Three Lions.
