Also I once read here, that for masters program, one can get a temporary permit which can be renewed when you get to Estonia via Belgium Embassy here in Abuja..(How possible is it please??)

Then thirdly, can one get Estonian visa from Denmark or Finland, if the latter is false

Hmmm my brother,I haven't o. I even called them yesterday, infact I had to wait for like 10minutes+ before someone answered me. I was even prepared for them this time around. The lady told me that the refund I processed since September 29th will get to me in 2 weeks time via Global pay wire transfer while briefly credit card refund will take 5 business days time. so I'm just wait for them jejely. Once it's 15th of November, I will disturb them with endless phone calls.

I didn't bother mailing euroacademy cos they can't give you any info. I mailed NARIC straight day and they replied day before yesterday. The guy said my evaluation is still on but will be ready in the near future. So I just relax. Coz Euroacademy can't tell me anything yet cos even then have not seen the result too. SO let's just chill and wait.
As for this Indian people, they don't want to comply. Co's now it's the same hitches people were having in Egypt route that started scaring them is what Lagos people are facing now I'm Indian route. Yes it's true success stories comes rol Indian bUT u can't be 100% sure if u have not tried other routes tho. I'm till thinking on the Egypt route shaa even if it means going through an agency to get their visa, I know it won't be as hilarious as that of india. Still weighing my options tho.

Little update - I have received several emails from people asking about how to make payment for school fees as a result of difficulty in obtaining foreign currency in Nigeria. I also understand that some schools in Estonia require part payment of school fees before issuing admission letter.
I think this is not only a problem for people going to Estonia but also for people studying abroad receiving funds from home. I came across this website that can help for transfers to any country.
