Economically Strong States

Lagos Ogun Anambra PortHarcourt Enugu Kaduna Oyo

These are the 7 states you can find reasonable presence of industries.

Most states are just useless economically. That's why there is always mass migration to these 7states

Unfortunately our educational system churn out graduates that are bereft of technological knowledge making them unproductive to key into programmes like YouWin
Noted thanks

Apart from Lagos, Ogun and Oyo, all states in the SW are economically disadvantaged.

That's why most Yorubas from Ondo Osun etc do claim Lagos as their ancestral land
ogun entered by accident due to expansion of Lagos. SW concentrate too much on one place, it was Ibadan, later Lagos. the rest ...

The problem is you animals are not actually comparing who has the strongest economy, or who's competing, but who is the lesser impoverished and who has less people dying.

Don't mind afonjas grin It was well captured by NBS in the report that Bank credit/deposit in each state may be used as an indicator of the level of activity and well being of operators (households and businesses) in a particular state as it shows what residents are borrowing and the amount deposit in banks

Question: would an average New Yorker or Londoner of descent from Nigeria uproot themselves and move to Anambra or Lagos because they have become comfortable places to live?

Lol, when you make bank deposits it becomes the asset of the bank, it doesn't belong to anambra. And your bank deposit is even useless if your cost of living is high. And that's what is chasing most of you from your region. .cost of living in ogun state is low because it's closer to the Benin border and closer to lagos that has sea port where goods come in.
And most industries are here

Thats why the south east needs a port. .

Bank Deposit by states in Nigeria
You see that Jigawa and Zamfara, the bank deposits there are only salaries of workers. if you visit banks in the major towns of these states, you will hardly see an individual depositing up to 100k naira once.

Lol, you are just ignorant my friend. .
It's obvious you have never been to ogun before.
FYI, OGUN doesn't have few industries, there are many industrial cities in ogun state with good housing.

And they are not in bushes.

Have you ever heard of agbara industrial estate, igbesa industrial estate, sagamu, ifo, ewekoro, mowe, ibafo etc

Mind you ogun state is the most industrialized state in Nigeria. You can argue this with your phone ..what u have in onitsha ar just shops

Besides what kind of transport chain did you just give me, that goods will enter through lagos ports and goes to onitsha then later comes back to lagos then, ogun state.

Maybe na so nestle go comot goods for sagamu, com send am go onitsha, later he go com back com abeokuta. Lol

You guys thinking always mak me laugh Walahi

Lol.. And Rivers should come where? Do you know that Rivers and Delta states have always had higher GDP per capita than Lagos? Take your own advice and be enlightened.

Everybody creating thread

going by the indices listed by op such as health, education, access to information, GDP per capita etc, Anambra can only come second to lagos. People who create threads should be travelled and enlightened.
