From my own small understanding you have fibroid

Fibroid is seen measuring
Interior subserous is located outside the outer surface of the uterus measuring (28×28)mm in size
Posterior intamural are fibroids that are located in the middle of the uterine wall and they make uterus bigger and it measuring (30×29) same goes for the remains 2 and he didn't state if all the 4 fibroid that is seen are on one side ( Left or right)
Pouch of Douglas free indicate that you don't have infection.
IMPRESSION:
acyesis. Means (1) Absence of pregnancy. (2) Female infertility.
Uterine fibroid: Means fibroid.

Why would you have hsg on a Clomid cycle? My dear it really not advisable . A good doc will have you run hsg on one cycle before trying Clomid on the next cycle. Best practice too is to have hsg on cd10 and not later unless you have long cycles. Why do you have to use cd11?

its not a good practise.
so what if after taking the clomid, and on cd 11, the hsg says blocked tubes? [not ur portion IJN], but you/your doc should have considered that, have you ever done hsg b4 blocked/open?. since you have comiited yourself already, i think going for flushing wud be better, so if there is blockage, it might open it, unlike normal hsg that is just to see, usually doesnt open blocked tubes, unless very minor lockage.

2ndly, on some forums clomid 5 to 9 is said to lengthen cycles, so keep us posted on how your go, so we may also add the info to our knowledge base here.
3rdly, most people are able to b 2 days after hsg, the dye/oil used in hsg, am not so sure its sperm friendly, so the 2days gives the place time to heal and for all the dye to flow out. but if you can bd 1 day after, i dont think its an issue. the koko is to track so you know ur expected ovulation date

Did ur doc say u should take clomid CD 5-9? Any particular reason? I thought clomid helps to grow eggs/follicles and prepare the body for ovulation? Acting as fertilizer to the eggs that will be produced? So is it logical to take it when you are almost due to ovulate or already ovulating (in some cases)?

Perhaps you have extra long cycles sha.

Clomid is not for everybody pls.

The hormonal profile rsult

Overall all hormones seem either too high or low. You need to seriously work with your dr as well as have a diet change and lifestyle. Prolactin is higher than the normal which means u will likely have issues ovulating. Fsh is on the high range which indicates diminishing ovarian reserve and likely poor response to stimulation, and lh is higher than fsh could be an indication of pcos.most pcos people also have issues with high prolactin. progesterone also low indicates u didn't ovulate that cycle and I believe it may have been ongoing for a while. Overall ur hormones are imbalanced , work closely and seriously with ur dr.
Did d tvs say anything about cysts on your ovaries? Tvs should also confirm pcos.
U have fibroids as well don't know how bad it can interfare with conception but I believe 4realwonan has thrown more light on it.
The hvs shows pus cell of 6-8/hpf, means there is an infection i.e bacteria and yeast, ur dh and urself need to abstain and take the antibiotics together prescribed by ur dr.
U may also have to Carry out Hsg, to confirm the condition of your tubes.
Ur result may not seem good but God alone can do the unthinkable.

I'm aware its for breast cancer treatment. Just the thought of the statement treatment for breast cancer gave me a little cringe and vivid memory of my mom and breast cancer

Sorry dear am also battling with blocked tube. It can be redeemable but you have to give it time n be consistent on the therapy. U can go to "Nairaland blocked tubes" n read up d pages. Some mamas there has gotten
their bfp's. U can add xi Xian cao n yi mu cao, read it works well with d serrapeptase.

Also while on it, always pray God for his divine healing.

We shall testify soon.
