I want to sell off the breast pump i got.
Reason being that its not working for me since am not flowing well.
My flow is so small that expressing manually does better than using pump.

The pump is Nuby dual action.
Can be used as electrical or manual.

Comes with 6 breast pad.
Two bottles... one for storage and one for expressing.
Electrical head
Manual head.
Teet and cover for feeding.

I got it on 5th and havent used it more than twice.
I got it 4 27k

@ twogreatnations please come and tell me how you did it that your twins made it that far till almost 40 weeks. If no one has told you yet, you are a super mom!

At 35 weeks plus it's very tiring already, my lower abdomen aches like atarodo was sprayed on it. I can only eat very little food as there's no space again in my tummy. I take lots of fluid but I don't think that helps much nowadays. My tummy can't even stretch again. Guess my skin is wondering what the hell is happening to it. I have BH contractions every now and then though painless so my OB says it's nothing to worry about. I can't sleep for more than 2 hours at a stretch (if I'm lucky). They nudge and kick me on both sides, the rivalry is too much no matter how many pillows I use. I sleep surrounded / covered in pillows. I've arranged and rearranged my hospital bag and reorganized the nursery. I'm trying hard not to complain but honestly it is easy, don't wanna sound negative.

Baby A has turned head down but our Baby B is still in a breech position cruising and poking the head every now and then. At 34 weeks they were weighing approx 2.2 and 2.3 kg respectively, so imagine the waddling levels.

Although I can still do house chores, in fact I cook elaborate meals to kill time. I'm now on my mat leave and for someone who isn't used to being at home that much, it's quite boring for me. No swelling on my feet or hands though.

Team December, sincerely your cappo aff taya make I no lie. I have an appointment with my gynae tomorrow, him go hear am! I'll go and rant to him, probably shed some crocodile tears
I know all he will just say is to calm down and it will soon be over but mehn, I don't know for how long I can wait it out.
I apologise for the long rant, blame it on the hormones. I just needed somewhere to let out how I feel...

Honestly eh! I'm counting days now....the heat I feel is unbearable, AC no de cure am at all plus I have catarrh that is about to celebrate 2weeks birthday on top my nose (tired of taking anything jare, so I don accept am
like dt). My baby is just having fun and rotating positions in my tommy, but has refused to turn head (see me Google-ing 'how to encourage babies to turn head down' )

My mat leave starts Dec, but my colleagues at work don tire to de ask me when I go born cos my belle don big gan. I just tell them that They'll hear from me soon

dear mamas. I salute you all in the name of Christ. pls, I am confuse and need someone to a sure me all will be well. I have a menstral circle that is irregular.. some times comes after 2 months or so. dis time around, it has failed me. I discovered I am pregnant yesterday. I have had 3 ceasereans and it means dis will also be another CS. pls has any one had a forth CS? what is the limit to having a CS? abeg, share ur experience with a sister.

I have the same irregular period so I don't have an LMP. My aunt had her 5 babies via C section and she is still very strong. This was in the 70s and 80s so I believe that it should be better now. When I spoke with my doctor about it, he said he usually tells patients to make 5 the limit. Although 4 is best.

@ Favouredmom, honestly it was just God, I hear am no be small. All what you are going through and much more was so me. I was practically useless in the last two weeks as I could do nothing than just sleep, bath and eat. Left to me I wanted them out at max 36wks but my gynae insisted I let them bake well as their weight was small and my seemingly small tummy made it look as if I was just exaggerating so I just decided to hand everything over to God. Sorry dear, you are almost dear, may God see you through. You remain in my prayers. Plenty hugs

Just thought to share...

I haven't put to bed yet, but while discussing with my mum over the weekend about this EBF stuff, she told me some 'home' truths....

She said despite the fact that she was a housewife during her child-bearing days, she never did EBF for any of her 4 kids. Reason being that she has this peculiar case where her bweastmilk doesn't flow till 7days after delivery. So as she is packing her hospital bags, she jejely carries her formula with her to avoid starving the innocent baby. For the 4 times she had kids, she did the same thing cos she already understood that is how her system is wired. She made me understand that the fact that u can't EBF doesn't make u a failure and she is a testimony to that.

My elder sis also confirmed that she had the same issue when she put to bed so she started her 2 kids on formula till she could establish BM flow.

They both advised me to keep an open mind, if d BM comes immediately...all good! But if it doesn't, will I starve an innocent child for no fault of hers?

@favouredmom, pele. The lord is your waddling strength. Even me that is carrying one the waddling no be here. Don't worry baby may come out anytime from now we shall release you to November .
@enque, was thinking I was the only one feeling the heat ooo. And the rate my stomach grows big enn it's scary. And that pepper feeling inside stomach too I wonder what caused that. Anyway it's weeks countdown. In fact baby can come out 37 or 38 weeks I won't mind ohh. My prayer for us all is healthy baby, healthy mother, healthy father with plenty money.

@Bellaella,naija and their tafia is like bread and butter. It is well with you. Just take your mind off anything anyone is saying about your baby weight and all and please don't be depressed.
