Sorry about that, lets take it step by step.

1. what drug did you use to induce ovulation?..clomid?, wch cd days did u take it
2. i assume you did tvs, what was the follicle sizes
3. when was the trigger shot given?. how big were the follicles then?.. how many IU of the trigger hot/hcg was administered.

you could try the bitterleaf therapy, it has helped some women to voulate n produce good eggs, thus achieving pregnancy

What is ur fsh level like? That could be the reason,mine is about 9 plus which is slightly high but fair and I am having a difficult time ovulating , dr said mine is due to high prolactin. What are your other hormone levels? my dr recently said I have to use injectables my next cycle to induce ovulation cos with femara he's not satisfied with my response.

High fsh levels is usually the culprit for poor response to stimulation. There's sth I also learnt from my colleague's wife experience with IVF even if you have numerous follicles from stimulation, not all the follicles contain eggs after extraction . So it's possible to trigger to burst the follicles to release its content but then what's the quality of egg released? Was egg released at all? Follicles most often a time do not contain eggs.

So this cycle I did d bitter leaf thing, dostinex( for high prolactin), femara (5mg) from CD 3 - 7, also combined with ovaboost ( for egg quality) and fertil aid, went for tracking on CD 10 , my dr complained cos he only sighted dermoid cysts on both ovaries he didn't ask me to come back to check again for trigger, he insisted on injectables for next cycle. So am continuing with dostinex , fertil aid, ovaboost, lots of fruits and vegetables in preparation for my next cycle. I hope this helps

@pweetymii what dose of vitex are u taking? And are u sure it's the original? Where di you buy it from? How many MG did yours come in? I've used it and it worked so let's be sure you're not underdosing (lol)

Dear if you have high prolactin then consider Parlodel, it works better than the one you have.
But then, which doctor are u using? He is supposed to scan you on CD3 before starting u on any medication for follicle growth. I suspect that the cysts on ur ovaries are leftover from your last period (u said u didn't ovulate last cycle so obviously it left cysts!)
Your doctor is supposed to place u on Provera or let you wait out a cycle so the cysts can go and a well let your ovaries rest. But whatever the case, DO NOT let your doctor start you on injectables without a scan to confirm that the cysts are gone! That would be disaster.

You should go run a test. Frequent urination most times can be linked to urinary tract infection (UTI).

I also hope you are not overdosing with the garlic insertion. Garlic act like antibiotic and sometimes antibiotics kill the good bacteria in us. Killing good bacteria will now leave one open
